The location is incredibly convenient. You can walk to Insadong Culture Street, and Gyeongbokgung Palace is nearby. There's also Unhyeongung Palace, which is free to enter, and the Korean Music History Museum, also free, with easily accessible restrooms and water fountains. Right below the hotel, there's a convenience store, and out on the main street, you'll find plenty of food options and a MEGA Coffee. Plus, a brightly lit building next door makes it feel very safe, even if you return late. You even pass a 119 fire station on the way from Anguk Station Subway Exit 4 to the hotel, which adds to the feeling of security. There are also direct airport buses nearby, which is a huge convenience. The hotel staff at the reception were very friendly. You can store your luggage for free if you check in early or after checking out. The lobby on the first floor also has a water dispenser and restrooms. I found the lighting in the room to be ample, and they even provided amenities like razors and toothbrushes. The room I stayed in this time was also spacious enough. As for cleanliness, I'd say it was okay and acceptable. Regarding temperature, it couldn't be adjusted independently and relied on floor heating. Occasionally, it felt a bit chilly, but it was still acceptable.

Easy to access location. It is not far from subway station. There are instant noodles, coffee, cereal, milk and bread available. There is 7-eleven nearby which is quite convenient. Point is deducted because there is no customer service available 24/7 and some staffs cannot communicate fluently in English. The air-conditioner in my room was out of order at night time. After I walked down to call the staff who was working remotely. He acknowledged the problem and told me to wait as he would call manager. Then I walked back to my room and waited...and nobody showed up. So I slept without air-conditioner that night 😓😓.

We had an exceptional stay at Nine Tree Premier Hotel Insadong by Parnas. The biggest highlight is its unbeatable central location everything you could possibly need is right at your doorstep. From shopping and great food options to easy access to buses and the subway, it truly doesn’t get more convenient than this. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a comfortable stay, especially when traveling with family. The vibrant Insadong area adds even more charm, with plenty to explore just by stepping out. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our experience seamless. While it’s not overly pricey, it offers excellent value for money and is absolutely worth what you pay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!

The hotel was very clean and the location was good. However, the hotel facilities are [BLANK - The original text is incomplete here, suggesting a negative adjective is missing, e.g., 'terrible', 'outdated', 'poor']. We used the self-service machine for check-in, but to even get to the machine, you need a room key. Then, it asked for a reservation number, but I couldn't find the correct one; it was completely different from what Ctrip sent in the email. This whole process made us struggle in the rain for over half an hour late at night. When we finally contacted the self-service machine's customer service, the agent was very impatient. Then, when trying to retrieve the key, two key cards got stuck in the same slot and wouldn't come out. The customer service agent again complained impatiently. Honestly, the check-in experience at this hotel was just too much hassle.

Honestly, a very good hotel! It’s located a brisk 10mins walk from dongdaemun station and jongno-5-ga. No steep hills or stairs to climb (except for the metro stations). There is also an Olive Young down the street and a few restaurants. If you are not used to the sounds of the city it’s best to bring some earplugs as the main street going past the hotel can be a little noisy. The hotel itself is great! Friendly staff, clean rooms and well decorated. The views are the best and if you get a corner room can even see the sunrise over the hills! 10/10 would recommend this hotel!!

The room was clean and hygienic. The bathroom wasn't very soundproof, which could be improved, as I could hear water being used in other rooms. It's close to the subway, making it very convenient to get to the airport. Insadong is right downstairs, and at night, there are many food stalls, creating a lively atmosphere perfect for groups to eat and drink. There's also a good cultural vibe with many handicraft stalls, making it worth exploring.

Booking platform: Trip.com. Pros: The facilities are complete, and it's very clean. The location is what I liked most; bus stops and MRT stations are all nearby (100m-600m). There are three hawker centers nearby with plenty of food options. Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Nanyang Coffee for breakfast are also very close, as well as 7-Eleven, and you can even buy pandan cake nearby. There are also many attractions, and it's convenient to travel to other sights. Merlion Park, Gardens by the Bay, and Clarke Quay are all very close, just a few bus stops away. Cons: Using the apartment's own app to open the door makes check-in a bit cumbersome for first-time users. Additional comments: 1. During my stay, the fire alarm in the hallway went off twice. After informing the staff, an employee named Marry immediately came to resolve it. She looks a lot like Lisa!!! 2. I had read in the apartment description that there were bars nearby and it might be noisy at night. I stayed in room 101, right by the entrance, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. I even brought earplugs, but it seems I didn't need them. Perhaps it only gets lively with drinkers on weekend nights, but it didn't disturb my rest. 3. This chain has many branches. There's another one on the next street, and I saw their branches near other attractions when taking the bus. It seems all their locations are pretty good.

Overall, pretty good! The bathrooms could use some renovation. The host is cool and fun – she speaks Chinese and Korean, but not much English. No worries, a translator app will help you out. The location is a bit far from the city center. It takes about 40 minutes by bus to get downtown. The hotel is on a hill, surrounded by mountains, with clean air. It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the hotel, up a steep slope, but it's not too bad. Anyway, if you prefer to stay in a private room, this is the best option for the price in Korea, rather than renting a bunk bed in a hostel downtown or near the city for the same cost.

If you're still on the fence about this hotel, I can tell you: book it now while there are still rooms available, or you'll miss out! We've stayed in three other hotels on previous trips, so we have something to compare it to. This hotel is super! The location couldn't be better, with three metro lines intersecting here, and direct access to the airports without transfers. Plus, absolutely everything you need is nearby! For the ladies, there's even night shopping on the lower floors of the building. The owner is a genius, having thought of every little detail. The room has everything you could possibly need, even washing powder and a machine if you want to do laundry. The room is warm, the beds are comfortable, everything is very clean, and it smells wonderful. All in all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! Highly recommended!!! Super hotel!!!
