"Hotel location is good and near to temple, staff is not responsive rather they are conning, I reached late night so I requested that I will check out around 12:30 means half n hour than their policy but they refused that your room is allocated to another person who will check in around 2:00pm. I was wondering whether to go to travel lodge or pay them extra, at that time hotel occupancy was less than 10% but they were in their own way."

"Very satisfied with this hotel. Even though it's on the main street, it's surprisingly quiet. The room is spacious with views of both the mountains and the city. There's no breakfast, but a fridge is provided, so you can buy milk, eggs, bread, etc., to make your own. You can walk to the Temple of the Tooth or take a tuk-tuk. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful; they even helped us book a ride-sharing car at a good price."

"Located near the Temple of the Tooth. But then again, the entire area around Kandy Lake isn't that big. I stayed for one night, and the facilities and service were all quite good. It felt a bit like a domestic three-star hotel. The room was pretty spacious and even had air conditioning, which is a rare treat in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was decent too."

Waking up to the quiet of Kandy Lake before the rest of the city wakes was a really peaceful feeling and I really enjoyed just standing on tje balcony soaking in the sights. Loving the wide breakfast spread too, ranging from local fare to continental selection. I was spoilt for choice and my tummy really loved the chicken curry & daal. Thank you."
