"This is a nice hotel in a great location in terms of seeing the key sights in the area we wanted to visit (walking distance to Sigiriya and Pidurangala rocks, and a short tuk tuk ride to a night loris walk). It is on a main road so there is a bit of noise from that if you have a room at the front of the hotel like we did - especially some loud music playing early in the morning. I recommend asking for a room as far away from the road as available. The room was more basic than I expected for the price but importantly it was big and clean. I think you are paying the price for a proper hotel in this location. The hotel pool is big and very clean, it is perfect for a dip to cool down - and very scenic, surrounded by lovely trees. We were a bit disappointed with the hotel restaurant menu which has nearly no vegetarian options on it, and similarly the breakfast buffet wasn’t worth it for us to purchase, but there are lots of other restaurants walking distance from the hotel to go to. The staff were helpful especially in putting us in touch with the loris night tour."

"First of all, service from Bagdea, Jaathu, Kishaulya and the young restaurant girl (forgot her name, my bad) made my stay warm and quite pleasant. They were all quite helpful. When I was late arriving at the hotel and the sky was dark, Kishaulya texted to enquire. That felt reassuring. I didn't really enjoy the breakfast buffet but at dinner, I had a good a la carte meal. Sigiriya is a little town rather self contained. Apart from the pool, there isn't much entertainment at the hotel although they had a cultural performance and a pop singer on the 2 nights I was there. You have to appreciate the ecological side of the Sigiriya area. So if you are looking for energetic activities, then it's not for you. Unless you count climbing the Lion Rock! My room was nice and spacious although I would have preferred a double bed instead of 2 singles. On my 2nd day, I went out of the hotel to have lunched and hung the sign for my room to be made up. Upon my return, I was pleasantly surprised someone noticed and did it in the short time I was away. So I found that I was well taken care of there"

"The villa in Sinhajiri, located in the western province of Sigiriya (English name: Green Hut Nature Resort), is accurately said to be a Sri Lankan house, the location is a bit biased, completely rural feeling. The yard is very large, there is a swimming pool inside, a variety of fruit trees such as mangoes, guavas, and other flowers and plants, the internal environment is more beautiful. The owner and workers of the homestay are very friendly. The room is quite large, but the facilities are relatively simple, there is a general cooling effect of air conditioning, the room and supplies feel basically clean and hygienic, the bed is large and comfortable, bath towels are provided, no quilt or quilt is a thin sheet (This is the least used thing in Sri Lanka), also do not provide toothbrush, toothpaste, comb slippers and other supplies. Breakfast is custom-made, belonging to the British bar, there are omelets, bread, fruit, milk tea, etc. Due to the remote location, I ordered dinner at the hotel on the night of the stay. Fried rice and fried noodles (Sri Lankan noodles seem to be rice noodles) tasted good. The walls of the dining room are decorated with various texts, including Chinese. Overall, the location of this homestay is a bit biased, no car is not convenient to travel, other than the service, environment, etc. are actually good, very close to nature."

"The month in this hotel has become a real fairy tale for us! We felt like home thanks to an incredibly friendly and kind family who cared for us from the first minutes. And they were ready to help literally everything! When we mentioned that we would like to cook ourselves and look for a accommodation with the kitchen, they just ... built us a kitchen! It was incredible! We couldn't imagine that people could be so responsive. We were often treated with a stunningly delicious food in generous quantities. Breakfasts here a special topic: always a lot of food, fresh food and everything is crazy delicious. Also you can take their bicycles to explore amazing Sigiria. It was amazing! Race the picturesque paths among wildlife just a dream! Even on the territory of the hotel there is a connection to nature: diverse birds sing their melodies, proteins flies agitatedly on palm trees, and varans are not in a hurry walking through the bushes real harmony with nature. We left with a hard heart, because this place has become a home for us for a month. We recommend to anyone looking for spiritual hospitality, comfort and connectivity with nature. Don't think this hotel is exactly worth your attention!"

"The hotel service location was great. Anyway, the owner was kind and picked me up to Sigiriya Rock, and on the way back after check-out, I picked me up to the bus station. I also answered my request for breakfast and was able to eat calmly while listening to the birds on the terrace. Thank you for your kindness until the end. Also, the shower comes out at 々 water, but it's not a big problem. It's just in nature, so there may be a lot of insects in the room, such as ants."

"The hotel location is good sigiriya lion rock is not much far from here. Many birds particularly peacocks are there in the property making it a good experience. The room and bathrooms were clean. Hand towels were not there in the room by default have to ask reception both day but upon asking they were delivered promptly. Breakfast spread was good enough. Just that the food on order is not good enough atleast for our taste, but in buffet it is good like many options are only available in buffet but not in ala carte."

"It was difficult to find the location from the road and the darkness from the street to the hotel building at night and early morning. It's nostalgic, but I'm surprised in the dark because dogs come by. Another point, for some reason, there are two bath towels with embroidery parts and seams of the hotel logo. It was a little discolored, and at first I thought it was a rag. I should have brought it. The staff was good and the breakfast was very substantial, so it is safe there. I thought it was worth the price in total."

"In general, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel despite the heavy rains. The attention of the staff is felt.When you check in - a drink, and the room is waiting for a fruit plate, which is very pleasant. Beautiful large area, with a classy pool,pleasant rooms. In the room, a separate shower and a separate toilet. Beds are not very comfortable and pillows.No blanket,just a bed.Most of the roses in the old-fashioned room,they are not suitable for the crossovers. Food:Dinner and breakfast-Swedish table.Choice is good,not all delicious,but you can find something to eat and not stay hungry.We had dinner included-he on the menu.It was provided on the day of departure,because on the day of arrival we didn't have time.The dinner was very much liked, restaurant dishes, good servings.
