The hotel has a new, well-maintained feel, and the friendly staff is extremely helpful. The facilities are complete, very clean, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. The breakfast is plentiful and offers local specialties in addition to the usual international products. Great! All the staff speak good English, which is very convenient. The check-in agents provide fantastic support with explanations, tips, and maps for planning leisure activities. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip."

The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable, with a calm atmosphere that works perfectly for both work and relaxation after a busy day. "The hotel is in a perfect location in the old town but I don’t think it deserves a four star rating. We booked a small double but it was in the loft with a dormer window and there was very little head room in that part of the room. I think these rooms should only be sold as single rooms. There was no fridge in the room which you would expect there to be in a four star hotel. The breakfast had good bread and nice cold dishes but the hot dishes were only lukewarm. In my opinion, this hotel is overpriced."
