"Try to choose a quiet room on the second floor, and avoid rooms facing the road as they can be very noisy. I specifically asked and found that none of the Ibis hotels provide slippers. The restaurant has a bar where you can drink, and the location is convenient."

"Exceeded all expectations! Taxis are super convenient to hail. The environment is lovely, and the room was spotlessly clean. The large bed was incredibly comfortable – seriously the best sleep we had in all of Morocco. The service was very professional. My only minor quibble is the surprisingly high deposit amount."

The location is excellent — very close to Hassan II Mosque, the Old Medina, and the railway station. Everything is nearby, so if you like walking, it’s a perfect place with all facilities easily accessible."

"Hotel in quiet area close to tram station. 2 stops from central train station. Room clean on arrival. No lead for tv so couldn’t use. Hairdryer rubbish, if I started drying my hair on Monday it might be dry by Wednesday. Bring your own if these things matter. Cleaners came in but did not make up beds. No fridge or bottled water in room."

"The people are super courteous and attentive to your needs. Very friendly they speak Arabic, English, French and Spanish. The rooms are comfortable the bed is just perfect, I needed an iron and they brought it over,  The breakfast is an extensive buffet with many options for all and again everyone is super attentive to you.  The location is convenient as it is close enough to many of the tourist places."

"The hotel is great: everything is new, looks fresh and fancy. Breakfast was plentiful, with great choice. Location is nice - not in the very center, but close to everything needed. The only flaw of the hotel - they have loud parties every evening. It is impossible to avoid this noise and loud music - from 7pm to 11pm everyday, no matter if you close the windows - you will be unable to relax. Maybe rooms that look at the street are better, but not sure."

"This was my first time flying Royal Air Maroc, and I had an overnight layover in Casablanca. Based on reviews, I chose this hotel because it mentioned train access to the city center. Even though navigation didn't show the route, I found the train station a short walk to the left after exiting arrivals. I bought a ticket to Casa Port from the vending machine for 60 local currency. The last train was supposed to be at 9:55 PM, with one transfer. However, the train didn't show up by 10:20 PM. Staff arranged for us to take a bus to the transfer station. From there, it would have been over an hour's walk back to the hotel, so we waited another 40 minutes on the bus before it finally took us to Casa Port. It was then a 30-minute walk back to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend walking that far at night, especially alone or for women, as I felt the area might not be very safe. So, I opted for an Uber to the airport the next day, which cost 330 local currency, avoiding any haggling with taxis. The hotel itself was nice, and breakfast was good. The next morning, I walked to see the Hassan II Mosque and some nearby attractions. I think more information about transportation options would be helpful."

"It's a historic guesthouse, basically a hostel. For the price, it has everything you need and is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. It's just that some of the facilities look a bit old."

It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm. The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free. Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table! This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!"
