"The hotel is located near Casa Port train station, a leisurely 10-minute walk away. It's a bit dated, but overall quite comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. It was very convenient that there was a kettle in the room with tea, coffee, and sugar bags, as I didn't pre-pay for breakfast and could have a hot drink at a local café before breakfast. Minor drawbacks: no hooks in the bathroom, and inconvenient bedside lighting."

"My Moroccon friend I studied my phd with in Ireland (my nationality) drove me from Cas airport to the hotel & helped me with my bags to my room & ordered me a bottle of wine from the bar (about the same price as the deluxe room), saying welcome to my beautiful country! The bar staff took the wine off my friend, a GP, and said ”I know this is how you earn your bread and you will be paid but we don't accept this here”. I.e. The receptionist accused my friend of being a **********. The bar man was disgusted by the comment. Having paid, I didn't stay at the hotel and checked out the next day. The receptionist should say... We don't accept non-customers going to customers rooms, not accuse another Moroccon woman of being a ****** (my conservative Muslim friend was mortified)"

"The hotel room was exceptionally good, I especially liked how the television sets in each room (living and bedroom) were concealed behind mirrors. The price was exceptional for such a high standard. One strange thing, (just so you know this is a genuine review), the kitchen didn't come with any cutlery despite having a cutlery draw and container and cooking facilities. I visit every year prior to a family holiday and will certainly stay here from now on"

"This hotel's location is great, right on a bustling street. Check-in is at the bar, which is a cool concept. The hotel's decor is very stylish. The staff member who helped carry our luggage to the room was very kind, but we felt a bit awkward because we didn't have any cash for a tip at the time. They also offer valet parking, which is convenient. Breakfast is on the top floor, and on a nice day, you can enjoy city views, but unfortunately, it was pouring rain that morning. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was fresh. I particularly liked the bathroom's design; it's simple yet sophisticated."

"Excellent hotel, clean. The soundproofing isn't perfect, but it wasn't noisy and didn't disturb our rest. The room was cleaned daily. The room is spacious, with a comfortable mattress and pillows. We did see small ants on the table near the kettle. The bathroom is convenient and clean. For the price, it's acceptable. It's a convenient 15-minute walk to the train station. The breakfasts are decent, and they have desserts, but they are a bit repetitive."

"This hotel is great, right by the ocean, facing the Atlantic. There's a mall nearby, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. The front desk service was excellent. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Casablanca."

"This hotel definitely doesn't live up to its 5-star rating. Many areas are in dire need of renovation. In the rooms, there's no hot water – I waited 5-10 minutes, and it was barely lukewarm. The bathroom design is also impractical; water floods the entire floor when you shower because there's no partition. The TVs in the rooms are outdated, with no smart TV functionality, just local channels. There's no mini-bar, so why are they charging a $200 deposit? The rooftop pool looks abandoned, with torn mattresses on the sunbeds and no pool towels. We asked for some, but the staff member pretended not to understand. Don't expect a nice view from the roof either. There's a decent gym, but it lacks air conditioning or ventilation, making it incredibly stuffy. Regarding breakfast, it's not bad. There's an à la carte menu for individual orders, but when we asked for pancakes, the waiter said they weren't available and told us to just take what was on the buffet 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. I also want to mention the rude attitude at the reception. When booking, it wasn't specified that a deposit of approximately $100 per night (so $200 for two nights) was required. I paid in cash and asked for a receipt, but the woman said they don't issue receipts and simply took the money without any proof of payment. Outside the entrance, there's always some staff hanging around, and it's unclear what their role is. Upon arrival, no one greeted us or helped with our luggage to the room. This hotel completely fails to meet the quality standards of the Radisson chain and the service level expected of a 5-star establishment."

"We had a small accident upon arrival and the hotel staff provided us the best possible help they can and I am glad to say that we are only able to settle that little incident with their helps. As our last stop at Morocco this is definitely a remarkable stop that not only offers us comfort but also ease. Not related to this hotel but definitely beware on the taxi drivers in Casablanca. More cunning and greed on charges than any drivers at other cities."
