Hairdryer rubbish, if I started drying my hair on Monday it might be dry by Wednesday. Bring your own if these things matter. Cleaners came in but did not make up beds. No fridge or bottled water in room."

"Try to choose a quiet room on the second floor, and avoid rooms facing the road as they can be very noisy. I specifically asked and found that none of the Ibis hotels provide slippers. The restaurant has a bar where you can drink, and the location is convenient."

"The building is a apartment in the middle of the country, and this apartment is a living room with a family-closed living room, a hostel, a ham, a common kitchen. It's not suitable for conservative families, the owner of Chinese nationality, with a high morality and 24-hour service."

"The service was absolutely terrible. When we checked in, we specifically requested a quiet room, mentioning in our booking that we wanted to be away from the elevator. They initially told us there were no quiet rooms available, even after we pointed out our request was made a month ago and confirmed by email. Reluctantly, they then 'found' one, but it was still right next to the elevator. Later, we had two beers at the lobby bar. The bill was 150 DR, and we gave 200 DR. We then had to wait an uncomfortably long time for our change, almost as if they were hoping we'd just say to keep it. We had to repeatedly ask for it before they grudgingly gave us our 50 DR back after what felt like an eternity. This place seems to be constantly trying to nickel and dime you."

"The hotel has an excellent location, right next to a park and a magnificent cathedral. The interior design is stylish and tastefully done, with great attention to detail. I highly recommend opting for the multi-meal plan – the food quality is excellent, you won't regret it. Overall, it's a great place for a layover. The rooms were a bit damp and had a slight unpleasant smell, but the pros significantly outweigh these minor cons."
