Amazing
AAnonymous UserReally great hotel in the middle of Sliema. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival as the hotel shared its amenities with a five-star hotel next door, so practically you’re getting five-star amenities for a four-star hotel price! I forgot to bring my swim shorts but even in December the rooftop pool was heated which would’ve been a very nice addition to my stay

Great
HhoistWe went there on July 27- Aug1. Everything was great. Great location (still have a small distance to the dock where you take to Comino), great view, friendly customer service. Only one problem is that the indoor pool, spa room, nearly all facilities indoor was in maintenance which didn’t been mentioned when we are booking (either on trip or official website). This made a bit disappointing but overall still good. Also one disappointing point is that the outdoor pool said it opened at 7am/8am (forget the actual timing) however it wasn’t the actual open time, it is the readying time. We went there that morning and no water was in the water pool. After 30mins a staff come and start to refill it, and waited for more than a hour to finish. This was a bit disappointing.

GGuest UserLocation: Plenty of restaurants downstairs, and although there's no sea view, it's right by the sea. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, with direct airport shuttle service. There are also direct buses to the Comino and Gozo ferry terminals, just one stop away. A local supermarket chain is within a 5-minute walk. Facilities: As a new hotel, everything is quite smart. You can cast to the TV, and free coffee is available daily next to the front desk. There's an outdoor pool on the top floor and an indoor pool on the basement level. On the first day, you get two bottles of water; don't throw them away, as you can refill cold/hot water and get ice from dispensers near the elevator. Cleanliness: The room is cleaned daily and is very tidy. Service: The staff attitude is good. Overall: Staying at a Marriott-affiliated chain for just over 400 a night, this price offers great value.

KKEN_KEN_PAOverall, I was very satisfied with this hotel. The balance between the location as a sightseeing base, the comfort of the room, the quality of the breakfast, and the price was excellent, and I would especially recommend it to those who are value for money. First of all, the room was larger than I expected, with plenty of room even when I opened my suitcase. The room was clean, and the bed, floor, and bathroom seemed well-maintained. Even when returning tired from a long day of sightseeing, it was a space where I could relax with peace of mind. Another plus was that there was no noise and I was able to get a good night's sleep. I booked a plan that included breakfast, and it was even better than I expected. There was a wide variety of food, including bread, cereal, and fruit, as well as hot dishes. Everything was delicious, and I think you wouldn't get bored even if you stayed for several nights. Having a hearty breakfast meant I didn't run out of energy even when I went sightseeing straight away. The location is also very convenient. The area around the hotel has a calm and comfortable atmosphere, and you can see the sea just a short walk away. Best of all, it's easily accessible, with Valletta just a five-minute ferry ride away. Being able to easily travel to Valletta, home to many historic streets and tourist attractions, was a major benefit. The boat ride itself was scenic, making the travel time a little enjoyable. I think this hotel is suitable not only for those visiting Malta primarily for sightseeing, but also for those who want to relax. The price is reasonable considering the facilities and service, so I felt it was very good value for money overall. If you're not sure where to stay in Malta, this is one hotel you can choose with confidence. The only thing that bothered me was that I couldn't see the ocean from the window of my room.

Ttc14No hot food served within the hotel which is a huge downfall, there isn't really anywhere to hang out either unless in your room or in the reception area which isn't ideal. There is access to a really nice pool which is beneficial! Otherwise the hotel is generally really nice, modern and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive towards your needs. I would stay here again but not as a first choice.

GGuest UserBetter than expected 👌One person can lie down in the king-size bed room. 🤭The front desk service attitude is good, the room is cleaned every day, and you can come and go at any time 24 hours a day. When you need help (such as the phone can't be charged), the front desk will enthusiastically guide you and tell you how to get to the repair point.

AAnonymous UserFriendly and helpful receptionists welcomed us and accommodated us for early check-in. We were not expecting much of the breakfast but, we enjoyed the coffee, various tea selections, fresh fruits, salad, cheese etc… It was enough for us. We only stayed one night and the charge was reasonable in the peak season for a last minute booking.

白猫whitecatIt was easy to get to Valletta, and there were many supermarkets nearby, which was helpful. However, after 6pm, you have to check in by phone, so it's difficult if you can't speak English. It was close to the sea, there was hot water, doyaiyah, and the breakfast was delicious.

YYurii_DreaIt’s been a rollercoaster with this hotel, and I was changing my mind about it a couple of times, but here’s the truth. The hotel is not 4 starts for sure, but for what this price can buy in high season in Malta it’s a very adequate deal. Don’t expect anything fancy or anything beyond the most basic amenities. The hotel is good for staying there to sleep, but not spending time there. Don’t bother with the roof terrace either, pool and tub waters are murky and don’t seem sanitary. I saw other peoples reviews and pictures and realized that I got the most OK room the hotel could offer. My next door neighbor was chain smoking in his room, and firstly the reception staff refused to do anything about it and bluntly said to my face that they won’t enforce hotels policies. But the reception manager next day helped me deal with the situation and was very nice and helpful in general about other touristy inquiries. Haven’t had breakfast, so can’t comment. Overall the hotel is okay for what it’s worth, but I recommend checking the room before accepting it just to be on the safe side. But it’s pretty obvious that it’s reasonable to expect what there is at this price point.
