"Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money."

"Decent chairs and kitchen is great, some aspects of the showers are dirty but nothing super gross, actual toilets get fixed pretty fast so that’s good. Just sometimes there isn’t ruining water that’s super annoying, the middle sink water doesn’t work."

"Excellent! One of the few hotels I've liked. Spacious and modern room. Beautiful and private bathroom. Window facing the street with almost blackout blinds (it has a side track to prevent light from filtering in). On Tripadvisor, I got a discounted price of 910 MXN (approximately $45 USD), but the regular price was 1150 MXN ($57 USD). For the price, it was excellent. Although eating directly at the counter seems to have cost 1400 MXN, what a great deal! If I had booked at the regular price (1400 MXN), I would consider the room just average. It didn't have air conditioning, but it wasn't necessary; it wasn't hot. Although it's the rainy season, I don't know how cool it would be in the summer. They have free luggage storage, check-in is at 3 PM, and I was able to leave my things around 12 PM without any problems. Early check-in seems to cost around 500 MXN extra (25 USD), in case anyone is interested. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom floor; the tile isn't non-slip, so you have to be careful and always wear sandals. And the soap and shampoo bottles in the bathroom are mounted on the wall opposite the shower, so you have to walk two steps to get soap and back to the shower as many times as you need. With that type of flooring, it could be a little dangerous if you're not wearing sandals."

"Advantages: The hotel is in a good location, more than 10 minutes walk to Constitution Square, and there are many local restaurants around. Disadvantages: 1. The sound insulation is super poor, the door is loud; 2. The male front desk is flat and never smiles; 3. There is no basic items such as drinking water, slippers, toothpaste in the room; 4. The bath water is very small. The room I changed the next day was very beautiful, thank you for the male front desk."

"We had trouble accessing the internet on arrival and it took quuite awhile for their tech support to correct. We weren't alone but eventually we got access. Coffee in the room is a challenge as only one day during our 5 night stay did we get regular coffee to brew in the room. The other days it was Nescafe decaf instant. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean, and the pool was a welcome oasis after walking around all day."

"On a business trip to Mexico, a colleague recommended this hotel. The prices fluctuated quite a bit; sometimes they were above my company's allowance, but then subsequent nights would be cheaper. I stayed for over ten days, and overall, the price was reasonable. The surrounding area felt safe, with plenty of people walking around, which was reassuring. There's a convenience store right across the street, diagonally opposite the entrance. It was convenient to pay for the room with a credit card."

"The service was excellent, I arrived at 5am in the morning from Singapore, and although there wasn't any room available for early check-in, the staff was kind and nice to offer me free breakfast. And knowing I am tired from the travelling, they gave me the room at the earliest. The room is great, the breakfast is fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone coming to Mexico City."

"The hotel is great, had a coffee area where you can work and set your computer, plugs, and couches around the lobby and the coffee area, they have aromatherapy in each floor and good beds. Close to downtown."

"A magnificent, modern, and large hotel with a huge room, luxurious bed, and bathroom. The breakfasts are very good. Sonora Grill restaurant is one of the best in Mexico City. The lobby is very beautiful, and the staff are excellent. It has the best location, situated between the historic center and Reforma. The hotel's service far exceeds the room rate. Book without hesitation! For premium rooms, complimentary snacks and alcohol are available from 6 PM to 8 PM on the 12th floor. Water, tea, coffee, and cookies are always available."
