Foreign guests are advised to wear tops for men and dress modestly for women to respect local customs. Restaurant: The hotel's breakfast restaurant also offers dinner, which is good value for money, and the food is delicious. Location: The hotel is about 1 km from the airport, a 20-minute walk. If you have luggage, the road isn't very smooth, so taking a car is recommended. To Redang Island: It's suitable as a transit point for Redang Island. A taxi from here to TTI Jetty isn't expensive, the journey is smooth, and you'll arrive on time. It feels like the price from TTI Jetty to Chinatown is more expensive than to here, and Chinatown is more run-down, with poorer accommodation conditions than this hotel. Hygiene: Good hygiene. Environment: Good environment, spacious rooms. Service: Staff are enthusiastic.

Stayed here the night before heading to Redang Island, it's conveniently located right in Chinatown and easy to find. The front desk had a Chinese-speaking staff member, so communication was a breeze. The room was well-equipped and quite spacious, and it was very quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Durian King is right downstairs, which is a plus.

I stayed at this hotel for a night before heading to Redang Island. The location is pretty good, you can walk to Chinatown. The front desk staff were also very nice, offering welcome drinks and iced water. Although the hotel isn't big, it's quite clean and tidy.

The facilities show that the hotel is quite old, which is evident from the wooden doors and furniture. It's roughly equivalent to a 3-star hotel in China. Hygiene: It was just okay, as there were still black marks on the sheets that hadn't been washed off. The restaurant serves Muslim-style food. People from China might not be used to it. You could try eating in the nearby Chinatown instead. Service: Excellent! In the morning, we were taking too long to get a Grab, so we asked a staff member to call a taxi for us. They immediately found a taxi that arrived in five minutes. Many thanks!

First of all the location is very strategic.My view is pantai.sangat cantik.. i book 2 deluxe room, for my small family and parents. Bilik parents takde tuala ,even remote tv takde. I call reception ＞5 times,they do answered finally and send to towel. Lambat sikit but still okay.. but but but When i went into my room,the amenties cukup..when i tried to lay down on bed.. ada blood stained😭. I called again receptionist ＞10 times yer..tak angkat. So turun bawah complained within 30 min, tukar bedsheet. Sy tak boleh brain mcm mana boleh ada blood stained.parking itself takde ,ada basement and floor 1-2 shj utk park,memang park jelah merata. Other than that,mknn bnyk cuma tawar sikit haha,tp kenyang dan variety.love it, toilet bersih,aircond mantul,tv semua channel lancar.. sekian my review. Would i repeat again? Hmmmmm

We initially had a frustrating experience as our towels were delivered quite late. However, the situation was handled professionally by Manager Iza, who personally delivered the towels to our room and sincerely apologized for the delay. Her prompt action and attention to guests made a positive difference. Overall, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked four rooms and requested them to be located near each other, which the hotel successfully accommodated. However, housekeeping services need improvement, as one of our rooms was not serviced and there were some inconsistencies in room maintenance during our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to everything we needed, with Restoran Singgang Budu located right beside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. While housekeeping could be improved, the service recovery by the management team and the hotel’s strategic location made our overall stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu.

Stayed one night while waiting for my morning bus. I accidentally left my robe behind, and the front desk immediately contacted me. The housekeeping staff is incredibly honest; it's rare for a hotel to inform guests about forgotten items. The service is truly excellent, thank you, and much appreciated.

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations at first because of the hotel's exterior appearance and relatively low price. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and most of the facilities and furnishings looked new or had been nicely refurbished. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside is that the hotel does not offer a breakfast buffet, which was a slight disappointment. Other than that, it is a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

Pros- The location is good and the environment of the outside resort is also good.also the beach view is stunning.as well as their breakfast also not bad. Cons - their room situation is very very bad. Need to renovate. So old furniture and everything inside the room.feels like it will break now.Also smelly.The door even the bed everything is half broken already. Even it was rusting inside. So I will say it’s not worth it with the price we paid for one night in this room.  Suggestion- your resort is big also attractive. Please do some renovations so you can attract more guests also can give them a better experience thank you.
