I had a very pleasant stay at Baba House Melaka and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. I stayed on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised that there was very little noise disturbance throughout my stay. The air-conditioning was excellent, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather, and the shower experience was fantastic — strong water pressure and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, and the location made it very convenient to call a Grab whenever needed. There were only two minor issues during my stay. I noticed a small area in the corner of the room that appeared to have some leftover sauce residue, possibly from a previous guest, and the bathroom sink drainage was slightly clogged. However, these were relatively minor compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Melaka. Thank you to the team for the hospitality!

Every corner of the hotel is filled with art and warmth, making you feel incredibly welcome. It was truly a perfect stay.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and extremely convenient. A pharmacy, 7-Eleven, bank, and many restaurants are all within walking distance. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the town center is only about 3–5 km away, making it easy to get around. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Hatten Hotel Melaka is one of the most convenient and central locations in Melaka, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. Staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and concierge service are efficient. But when I come was during weekends, service may be slightly slower because the hotel is busy. Overall our priorities are a central location, good facilities, clean rooms, and courteous staff, Hatten Hotel is a solid choice for staying in Melaka. It offers good value for money, especially for shopping, sightseeing, and family trips.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, host very friendly, and the facilities were excellent and well-equipped. It is a perfect place for families, with everything needed for both adults and children. Lovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

The Apple Premier Suites Melaka – Review Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a good choice for families or longer stays. Having a washing machine and electric cooker was definitely a plus. Do note that there is a mandatory RM150 refundable deposit during check-in. The only downside was that one of the units had an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, which could probably be due to the drainage system. Other than that, everything else was fine. Overall, it’s a good apartment-style accommodation with convenient facilities and good value for money.

However, the front desk staff were a bit indifferent, which was a significant drawback. Hotel staff, especially at the front desk in a tourist city, should be more welcoming.

The only plus is the hotel's price. It's located on the outskirts of the city, but there's a bus stop right around the corner that goes to the city center or the bus station. Both check-in and check-out are completely contactless. However, if you arrive without phone service, that's a problem, as all instructions only arrive once you're already there. The room was stuffy, the AC wasn't working, and the towels and blankets were worn out. The light in the bathroom kept flickering.
