The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The air con worked well but the WiFi was very unstable which made it very difficult to get anything done online, we had to go to nearby cafes if we wanted to book flights etc. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner and housekeeping could have come more frequently to change toilet roll and give us new towels. We could have done with more hooks in the bathroom and more hangers in the wardrobe. There's a fridge, kettle, hairdryer and iron/ ironing board. The apartments are nicely laid out around the pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There is a book swap in reception which I made use of. The location is great as it's not too busy but there are restaurants nearby and it's very close to the airport, langkawi sky cab and Pantai Cenang where there is loads going on. There isn't really a beach nearby where you can swim, you need to get a taxi to Pantai Kok or Cenang.

The hotel is brand new! It opened a week before our arrival. The architecture and design are eco-friendly. Natural wood and marble are everywhere. Sand, beige, and gray tones predominate in the interior. Stunning areas of natural greenery in the wells of the buildings. The rooms are luxurious; everything is very high-quality, spacious, and new. We loved the scents of the body care products in the rooms. Disposable flip-flops and a beach bag are provided.
The grounds are compact with numerous paths and outdoor seating areas for relaxing.
A huge rectangular pool. The lounge chairs are comfortable, and coolers with water and glasses are available by the pool. There's a separate, private pool for adults only. There's also a children's pool with a small composition of water fountains in neutral shades, which fits perfectly with the overall eco-style concept of the hotel.
In the lobby, you can enjoy delicious filter coffee, brewed especially for you! A rarity in Malaysia. The Italian restaurant on the beach offers excellent cuisine! Breakfast is unlimited and available from the à la carte menu.
The beach is in a secluded bay, next to the Berjaya Hotel (we stayed there for three days, and I'll write a review). The beach is fantastic! Quiet, clean, and peaceful.
The staff is very pleasant, open, and friendly, as are all Malaysians.
Since the hotel opened earlier than planned, work is underway on the rooms, buildings, and landscaping. However, this doesn't detract from the peace and quiet.
The Hilton is definitely one of the highest quality hotels in Langkawi! I recommend it for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

Stayed here for a night with my family. Check in was smooth. When we got to our room, the door knob was broken. Luckily the staff was friendly and helped with the room changing. The room is decent, it provides the things you needed for ur stay. The downfall is probably you have to use the stairs if ur room is on the second floor. Its inconvenient if ur travelling with heavy suitcases. The furniture are quite old. But overall it was a great stay.

Thank you to the host for your warm hospitality. This is my first time arriving in Malaysia, and I came directly to Langkawi. I was a bit anxious at first, but the host couple are extremely kind and friendly. Although the location is slightly remote, getting around with Grab is really convenient, and it is close to the Telaga harbour. I think it is an good accommodation option for a stopover when traveling to Koh Lipe.

Beautiful location ~ peaceful and quiet. Can hire a bike from there, so easy to get one and head out exploring. Nowhere is too far away but you feel nice and secluded there.

Found Croske Resort as a gem since this hotel is just next to airport AND free shuttle service for airport pickup/drop off is a BONUS !
Hotel provides shuttle to Cenang beach (to/fro) BUT need reservation in advance and the shuttle runs 4 times in a day. Good to catch sunset by the beach and purchase chocolate souvenirs at nearby Cenang Mall !
Grab is also cheap to move around at reasonable price.
Tried room service as i was tired on my 1st day, ordered seafd tomyum (too salty, didn't like the cooking)
TV has a faulty, what makes it frustrating/ challenging is that all rooms doesn't have a telephone so basically guests communicate with reception desk and all other service via WhatsApp thru the QR code provided in room. (The digital era living we're all in now, lost the human touch & more honest/warm hospitality & customer care)
I want to thank the hotel manger for the service recovery.
Complimentary cut fruits was served into my room for the delay of technical support due to TV faulty, I was delighted to see the fruit plate when i got back from the beach at night.
If you need an accommodation near the airport, book with them for their convenience of airport shuttle, if you prefer to be near attraction sites/beach, book at any hotel near Cenang Mall.
Housekeeping did a tremendously great job, room and hotel lobby are spotlessly CLEAN.

This hotel offers a great balance of affordability and quality. While other Langkawi hotels were noisy and difficult to sleep in, this one is quiet and boasts a convenient rooftop pool with a stunning view of the nearby mountains. My room (single) was a bit tiny, though.
There are shops and a night food market nearby. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend staying here for a few nights.
The cable car and pier are close together making them an ideal starting point for your sightseeing.

GGuest UserThe rooms are located on a private, secluded island, just a ten-minute boat ride from Langkawi's Cenang Jetty. There's an hourly boat service for transfers, and a dedicated meeting point at Cenang Jetty, which is very thoughtful. We booked a king-sized bed and paid an extra 110 per day, including breakfast, for a child's additional bed. We explored the island on our own and noticed some abandoned facilities that looked like they used to be part of another hotel. Contrary to some reviews, the hotel didn't offer a daily 8:30 AM guided trek for guests; you either walk by yourself or hire a guide for 120 MYR. If you walk alone, you're warned about an 800 MYR rescue fee if anything goes wrong. The name 'Trip.com' (携程) sounds enticing, but honestly, Langkawi's ecosystem is generally very good; I think Trip.com's descriptions might be a bit exaggerated. We followed old signposts to Red Rock Beach, where there's a cave, saw many pitcher plants and hornbills, and even met a French couple heading back. We had to turn back quickly ourselves, worried about the rising tide, as it was getting late. This beach, unfortunately, was quite littered, and even the private island didn't seem well-maintained.
The hotel grounds are like a garden with many monkeys; apparently, you can feed them peanuts at specific times. Staff often chase them away. The hotel's coastline isn't very long, and the water is crystal clear in the morning. There are corals but hardly any fish, though we saw many sea cucumbers and hermit crabs. Food on the island is definitely pricier than in Langkawi and not particularly tasty, just passable. There's a convenience store on the jetty where we even had an instant pizza. Hiking on the island was quite interesting; it took us over two hours round trip.

NNiliudashuLocation, convenience, beach, ambiance, rooms, entertainment, dining – there's hardly anything to complain about. If I had to nitpick, first, there are too few designated smoking areas! Second, the rooftop infinity pool is strictly for guests aged 18 and above, which feels quite unreasonable. Many guests come with their families, and it's not like you can just ditch your kids to go for a swim. This policy excludes many from enjoying the experience.
For breakfast, try to go early and grab a seat near the water for a great experience.
The hotel is situated on Cenang Beach, which has very fine sand. The water isn't crystal clear, but it's acceptable.
The room's minibar offers a good variety of drinks, plus two small snack bags that are refilled daily by the staff.
You absolutely MUST choose a sea-view room. We opted for the Premium Sea View, which had an L-shaped sofa on the balcony. I actually slept there one night, facing the ocean, under the moonlight, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves – it was absolutely wonderful.
The room was also spacious enough, nearly 70 square meters, making it very comfortable for a family of three.
The gym doesn't have a huge variety of equipment, but it's sufficient and open 24 hours. There are two pools: one for adults and one for all ages.
Regarding food, the hotel has several restaurants, and there's also a beach BBQ with a fire dance show for 198 per person, which isn't expensive. It's also not far from Zhong Hua Seafood Restaurant and Hidden Bar, making dining very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Langkawi.

DDenise CKrecently stayed at ACH Hotel Langkawi and found the experience to be average overall. The check-in process was quite troublesome, as guests are required to scan and complete a self check-in even when reception staff are available but not assisting, which felt inconvenient.
The room was clean, but the standard room is very small and quite dark, making it less comfortable than expected. On the positive side, the location is good and convenient for getting around.
Overall, an average stay — decent for the location, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and room comfort.

When i complained, the counter said, the issue was not faced by me, it was a common issue with all rooms, and the hotel is in the process to rectify it. I am.sure the issue is not new. How could they just close one eye. The breakfast is just ok, nothing extra. I had asked for late checkout (by 1 pm) and the hotel.said ok the night before. But around 11.45 am and 1230 pm, i received 2 separate calls asking me to check out. When i told them i was granted checkout until 1pm..they said thwy were not aware. Therw was no note. So the hotel has a lot to imrove.
The tv is not a smart tv also. So nothing u cam do. With no.channel, the only option was to turn it ofc

GGuest UserThis hotel was our best stay in Langkawi, It gave us a little 'White Lotus' vibe. If you like lots of greenary, this hotel is for you. View is amazing. Food was good. Only the minus point was it is a little far away from the main center. sometimes difficult to get a cab after 8, if you want to go to Pantai Chenang. Airport and sky bridge was quite near and also some of the nice beaches of Langkawi. For food, there is an authentic Indian restaurant 'Delhi Darbar' at a walking distance. There is also a cafe nearby. I definetely recommend this place.

GGuest UserBook sea view studio at a higher price due to the Chinese New Year holidays. Waited for almost 2 over hrs before room is ready when close to 3pm. However was very disappointed when check into room n as seaview studio room on 7th floor is blocked by a hill in the center n major construction looking down from the balcony. Request for a change of room to higher floor, view rooms on 2 other higher floors and finally settled on the 11th floor which is a better seaview eventot the hill in front with construction site is still there. Would rate the hotel only at probably 4 stars or below with average rooms furnishings , average spread breakfast, spots bad maintained cleanliness over the public areas n a rooftop which is squeezing all sunbathe chairs n tables n a bar with an average size swimming pool. Reception staffs are not as well trained but they are trying their best to fulfill most guests queries. The rooftop is quite windy but offers good photo view. This hotel should be relatively new only opened a few years ago but idoesn’t match the prices of a 5 stars or 5 diamonds rated.

My stay at A Coral Reefs Resort from 21–23 March started off acceptable, but what happened after check-out was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s professionalism and integrity.
After I had already left the property and arrived at the airport, I received a call accusing me of being involved in a missing RM1200 reported by three foreign guests. This accusation was based solely on a vague CCTV clip showing me sitting in the lobby and putting something into my pocket.
Let me be absolutely clear: such an allegation, made without concrete evidence, is irresponsible and unacceptable.
The hotel’s account of the incident was inconsistent and unreliable. I was first told the money was left on a table, and later it was claimed to be inside a pair of pants. The inability to establish even the most basic facts seriously calls into question the credibility of the entire claim.
Even more concerning is the timeline. If the alleged incident took place on 21 March, why was I only contacted on 23 March, after I had already checked out and reached the airport? This delay reflects either poor internal handling or a lack of proper investigation.
The CCTV clip provided was incomplete and unclear. It merely shows me placing my own personal belongings (my phone and medicated oil) into my pocket. There is absolutely no evidence that I handled or took any cash.
Relying on such selective and inconclusive footage to imply wrongdoing is not only unprofessional, but also unfairly damaging to a guest’s reputation.
We have formally requested the full CCTV footage to ensure transparency and proper verification of facts. Failure to provide complete and unedited recordings will only further undermine the credibility of this accusation.
If this matter is not handled appropriately, we will not hesitate to escalate it through formal complaint channels.
Guests should be aware that without clear evidence, this establishment is willing to cast suspicion based on assumptions rather than facts.

GGuest UserOnline reviews mentioned that staying in Kuah Town would be quieter, but since it's surrounded by seafood restaurants and roads, there were still motorcycle noises around 11 PM or 12 AM. However, it didn't bother us late sleepers, and it quieted down even later. In comparison, Pantai Cenang, being by the sea, would be much quieter. The room felt like an older 4-star hotel. I stayed in a twin room the first night and a king room the second, and for 300, it was generally good value for money. There's an I-Bing bubble tea shop nearby with delicious taro milkshakes, and it's also very close to Wonderland. Parking is very convenient and free.

GGuest UserIf you're traveling with kids, book a room by the pool. Just slide the glass door and you're right in the water. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of protein. Refill service is super fast. Even during busy season, the buffet stays well-stocked through breakfast. The beach has plenty of sun beds, and the spot itself is fantastic. That said, in my experience, the jet skis and other activities make the beach and nearby area feel more commercial than private. It’s not your typical huge resort with buggies and all-inclusive, but it’s perfect for a quick two-night stay, good breakfast, clean beach, and sunbathing.. Cenang Mall is about a 15-minute walk, and there are lots of small restaurants nearby. Keep in mind, when we stayed there, there was construction next door, so the views and noises weren’t ideal for a holiday.
