very successful hotel location, welcoming administrators, a small clean room, I wanted of course a small refrigerator, overall everything liked and was very convenient, allowing things to leave after leaving and was an opportunity to walk still by the city

It was very clean and I really liked the cozy interior of this place. Tram station is just 2 mins walk away and it only takes about 17 mins to get to central station. I wish they provided more amenities as you’d have to bring your own body soap. But overall all I liked my stay and it was only £150 for 3 nights!

Great location, close to the Botanical Garden, Zoo, and Maritime Museum. Breakfast was standard for a Holiday Inn. Despite our room facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet at night.

Excellent location, just under 20 minutes from the amsterdam central train station, quiet location, by the river, however no toiletries provided, room as it said - very basic and moudly shower door, cracked tiles, mark on duvet cover, cup mark on the table, hair on the bed, but we were there for only 2 nights and mainly out so we could tolerate it, receptionists were friendly. Oddly they tried to charge us more on taxes but we showed them from our booking confirmation the exaxt amount which was lower and they followed what we've been told, and apparently sign no food and drinks in the hotel itself too, €150 deposit which was high too, amazing hot high pressure shower - love it

We spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The Zaanse Schans (windmill attraction), Zaandam (‘Lego’ house) is just few stations away from the hotel. Stay wise it’s comfortable but can get tad abit noisy as the sound insulation between walls are rather weak. All in all we will definitely stay here again!

The service at this hotel was great. Yes the stairs were a bit steep but that’s okay I left Amsterdam fitter than when I arrived The boat trip was excellent. Well worth doing. See you next year

Excellent location at Hotel V Oosterpark, Linnaeusstraat 2C, 1092 CK Amsterdam, directly next to Oosterpark. Parking is convenient at Q-Park Oostpoort, Polderweg 92, 1093 KP Amsterdam, which is approximately a 700 m walk from the hotel. At the moment, ongoing construction work makes access a bit less convenient, and arriving by car may require a detour. The location is very good for leisure activities, walking, and sports thanks to the immediate proximity to Oosterpark. The building feels new and has a clean, minimalist style. The rooms are modern, with minimalist furniture and a well-executed contemporary interior design. The bathroom design was less practical for me, as there is no proper door, so cold air from the room comes in while showering, which feels uncomfortable. The amenity kit is stylish and gives a premium impression. The bed was unfortunately too soft for my personal preference. Breakfast was good overall, especially the egg station where guests can order eggs prepared to their liking. Overall, this is a modern and well-designed hotel with a strong location, though a few comfort details could be improved.

The room was small for three people, and the tiny bathroom couldn't accommodate two people at once. The walls were old and damp. On top of that, they charged us an extra €10 in taxes when we arrived at the hotel.

The location and atmosphere are amazing. I definitely recommend it, friends. Our room and time here were perfect.

This hostel is absolutely fantastic! The staff are so warm and attentive. Because the weather was quite cold, they provided hot water every day, which was a nice touch. The tram stop is less than a two-minute walk away, and the history museum is literally 30 seconds on foot. It's super convenient for getting to all the attractions. Plus, they have free dessert-making activities every afternoon. Honestly, the staff are amazing – this is the best hostel experience I've ever had.
