The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the view was great, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient transportation, and the breakfast selection was extensive.

The location is perfect for getting around. Very close to Amsterdam Centraal and walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The rooms are as the pictures show.

Overall experience was great, one of the late morning check-in male staff was really welcoming and even upgraded me to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the river. But since the checkin is 3pm, when I got back, another burlier guy got us our keys but was way too serious and sombre. It's fine but a smile would go a long way. One tiny irk was the lack of bedroom slippers in a carpeted room. I feel it should be basic. And this is the one time I didn't bring a just-in-case pair and i was caught out. Anyway, location is good, tram connection to the Centraal Station just across the street or a 10min walk.

The hotel is in a really good location, especially if you are traveling by train because it is right next to Amsterdam Centraal Station. The room was comfortable and the location made it very easy to explore the city. You can hear some noise from the trains, especially at certain times, but overall I had a good stay and would recommend it for the convenience.

Great location 12/15 mins walk to central station which can connect you to many places airport was 15 mins away from central station in train stay at hostel was nice comfortable down they have a bar and restaurant outside seating area definitely if I’m back in Amsterdam solo I’ll be here back

The hostel is huge. It mainly hosts young people and school groups. Nevertheless, they manage to keep it clean! You can only pay by card for everything there! Towels cost extra. The front desk staff are friendly: they helped me check in and store my suitcase in the luggage room. They have a huge dining area where breakfast is served – it's good, and the coffee is excellent. You can eat your own food there at other times of the day. But! There's no microwave!!! There's a hot water dispenser, which was cold or empty exactly when I needed it most)) Bring shower sandals. In the quadruple room with a bathroom, water would flood the entire floor – that's just how the shower is designed there. The stained-glass windows on every floor are beautiful!!!!

Bonjour, I really wanted to thank you for your warm welcome and kindness. I had a wonderful day before checking into the hotel. I wasn't aware that a €150 payment was required on arrival, but I was fortunate enough to speak with the manager and explain the situation, which allowed us to find a solution. I must say, your apartment is simply magnificent. I felt very comfortable there and would gladly return if the opportunity arises. The hotel itself was nice and good location, we were not warned about building work around the hotel and when mentioned there was no apology and no form of compensation. One night we came home from a long day/night and our room keys wouldn’t work the working gave us more cards and they didn’t work this took 3 attempts till he just came up with us to let us into our rooms so we had no working keys for our room that night. I then went down the next morning to be given some more keys that worked, the room we were also given was a small room where there was an obstruction in the shower that was part of the building where we had to duck under to get to the shower. I have tried to contact the hotel and customer services for 3 months now and have had no reply! Awful customer service!

It's near the station, but it needs a long way to go to the center. In the kitchen it was tea and coffee, soap for washing the dishes, sponge. Fridge, microwave. No hairdryer. The floor was not clean. Parking

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the location was super convenient – just a 10-minute walk to the train station or tram stop. They even have a piano in the common area for guests to play!
