BinglvchaThe hotel is close to the central station, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good, with smoked salmon. The service is also excellent; the staff are friendly, and luggage storage is free. I've stayed in hotels for over 20 days while traveling in Europe these past two years, usually choosing three- or four-star hotels since five-star ones are out of my budget. This is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides five items in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. I was practically moved to tears! Oh, and there's a pair of disposable slippers too, which is a rare treat. Park Plaza Utrecht, you'll be etched in my memory!

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven.
The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

The room is very classic. There is no air-conditioning but we don’t feel hot in the morning and night. You will hear the church’s bell every hour that you will feel peaceful. In the morning, you can smell the bread baking. It’s a wonderful experience for people living in city.

The hotel itself is superb, and in a fantastic location. Although it doesn’t serve food, breakfast is just round the corner at a lovely Italian restaurant, and the ladies on reception recommended a great restaurant for dinner.

Guest UserWe've known the Hotel The President for business for a long time; since the 90s, it was the go-to for our international colleagues. We also book it privately ourselves when we need to be in Utrecht for an event. The quality is excellent, and you can easily reach Utrecht city center by bus from the public transport stop, which is just a few hundred meters walk away. You can leave your car in the hotel's parking lot.

Guest UserThe apartment hotel is useful for independent travelers. The rooms have both bedroom and a well equipped kitchen if you choose to shop and prepare your own food.
The bathrooms are on the small side, but functional.
The rooms are serviced only every four days, so make sure you dry your towels
Facilities at the hotel include a bar restaurant, but this was often taken over by local events and parties - without any notice. There are not so many restaurants in easy reach of here.
Overall, it’s a great base and although 4km from the city, there are very frequent direct buses and taxis

I had a very pleasant stay at NH Centre Utrecht and would recommend it, especially for short business trips or city visits.
The location is the biggest advantage — right in the historic center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and key sights like the Dom Tower. Getting around the city is extremely easy, and everything you might need after work is just a few minutes away.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. They were also happy to give directions and local tips, which made the stay more comfortable.
The room was clean and well maintained, with all the essentials like good Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and basic amenities. It’s worth noting that the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, which is common for central European city hotels, but still perfectly functional for a short stay.
A small downside is that you may hear some street noise depending on your room location, and the building has a more classic style rather than a modern business-hotel feel. Still, for the price and location, it offers very good value.

The hotel's facilities and interior design were fine, but my stay was still extremely unpleasant!
First, the hotel was under renovation, but there was no mention of it when I booked through Ctrip. I only received a message from the hotel a few days before my check-in, informing me that some room areas were under renovation, but by then it was too late to cancel! Around 7 AM, although construction hadn't started, trucks loaded with construction tools were already parked on the roadside, and the noise from loading and unloading was incredibly loud! I was woken up to take some photos; it was a little before 8 AM!
Second, I must say, the soundproofing of this hotel's windows was the worst I experienced during my entire trip to the Netherlands and Germany, bar none. My room was next to a not-so-busy street, but I could clearly hear the cars driving by and pedestrians talking! I can't understand why such poor soundproofing exists in Europe, where living conditions are generally considered demanding. The soundproofing was even worse than some of the guesthouses I stayed in during this trip! I was disturbed by various noises all night long, not to mention the church bells ringing every hour across the street!
Third, the hotel's surroundings appear to be a predominantly Muslim neighborhood, which was unexpected. While there weren't any security incidents, I strongly advise against staying here for those sensitive about religion.
The only positive aspect was the hotel staff at the front desk. The two young men who helped us with our luggage the next morning were incredibly friendly.
Overall, for this price range, the experience was unacceptable to me. I strongly, strongly advise against it!

The location is great, about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station, next to the Queen's Store, other large shopping malls, shopping streets, and a few minutes walk from the central church and the city canal. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, the only drawback is that there are steps from the door to the front desk, which is not very friendly to tourists with large luggage.
