"Ibis Wellington was located conveniently in the city and the harbour is just a few minutes away. It's convenient to walk everywhere, including shopping. The room we got was big and basic, including the toilet."

"Stayed two nights in Wellington and overall, it was quite good. 👍 The front desk is on the 7th floor, and most rooms are on higher floors, offering nice views. The room was reasonably spacious and had heating, which was really helpful in early winter. Breakfast is on the 6th floor and had a decent variety. The only downside is that you have to go up a flight of stairs from the street to get to the hotel, which isn't very convenient for guests with large luggage. Sometimes the escalator next to the street isn't even working, so you have no choice but to carry everything up."

"Traveling to New Zealand with the family, Novotel was our top choice. It comes with two large beds, is fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The service was excellent! Plus, it's very close to the supermarket for shopping."

"I was very satisfied with the hotel's location; I liked that it was a quiet and clean area. It's also very close to the old St. Peter's Church, which is entirely made of wood. There's a New World supermarket nearby, which was very convenient for buying water, fruits, and chocolates. Public transport was also easily accessible from the hotel. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel. The breakfast was decent; it had all the basics and was satisfying and nutritious. The room looked exactly like the pictures I saw when booking, no differences there. The front desk staff were all Indian, and a young lady checked us in, she was quite good, no complaints. The cleanliness was also acceptable; all visible areas were pretty clean. The only downside was the shower water pressure; it was too low, which made showering uncomfortable. Also, the design of the shower base was quite terrible, made of metal material like the old train squat toilets in China, very strange. I would still choose this hotel if I came to Wellington again. Overall, it's very good."

"A Unique and charming hotel with excellent service. The front desk staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful in answering our questions. They also welcomed us with warm cookies. The room was spacious, tidy and clean. Also, excellent location. And I love the late check out at 12pm. We were very happy and enjoyed our 3-day stay and would happily return."

"We arrived late and tired after a 4 hour drive and climbing Mt Taranaki. We must have looked a right state! Really appreciated the staff letting us leave the car on the driveway so we could get a shower and go to bed to catch our early morning ferry over the the South Island straight away! The check out next morning was quick and they had our car ready to leave us. A warm shower and comfy bed has never been more welcome!"

"I love the room is fully equipped from kitchen material to washing machine, drying machine, dishwashing machine, and surprisingly 2 TVs, in the sofa and bedroom. Kitchens is separate from the bedroom. This is very nice. Location, Five minutes walk to the bus station. Unfortunately, they do not have the policy to refund one night since I stay three night already. In overall, it is the nice place to stay."

This hotel is more attentive to business, it is very convenient for you to cook. The bathroom is not big but it is enough and clean. The room is just the right size and very comfortable. In short, it is better than expected"
