"What I like with this hotel is the location. It's accessible to the mall, only walking distance. What I don't like was the TV channels isn't working, and we can here the people on the other rooms... Only 1 lift is working as well. But overall it's just fine"

"Definitely recommend this hotel! I have business in Manila for a week and I stayed here for 5 nights, and it was very convenient since it's located close to my work office. It's also near Robinsons Manila, Malate, and several great cafés around the area. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Despite being in a busy part of the city, the hotel is peaceful and quiet inside, making it a relaxing place to stay. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I come to Malate, Manila for businesses or in holiday :)"

It is also easily accessible to nearby establishments such as Robinsons Place Manila, as well as various bars, coffee shops, convenience stores like 7-Eleven, and a wide selection of food options ~ perfect whether you’re working, relaxing, or exploring the city. What stood out the most was the exceptional service of the staff. The service crew were consistently polite, accommodating, and welcoming, which made the stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean and maintained, providing a cozy space to rest after a busy day. One area for improvement would be the internet connectivity, which could be more stable and reliable. Overall, this is a great budget-friendly lodging option that offers excellent value for money, especially if you’re looking for accessibility, comfort, and warm hospitality in Manila. "To be honest we change room 2x! The TV was broken at first.. and then next the aircon ! I cant imagine we transfer room at 3:30am what a hassle.. no signal in our room and very slow connection of wifi! The place is infront of the mall thats the good thing. You can rome arounf the mall when u have free time.. The place is also near the quiapo church and chinatown"

It’s convenient overall, but it would be better if the hotel were located directly along the highway or main road, as this would make it easier to access and more convenient for guests traveling around the area. "Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near the Embassy of the United States, Manila Bay, Rizal Park, and the National Museum. Cons: The room had a musty smell and I noticed tiny cockroaches, so the hotel could improve pest control and ventilation. There was no cabinet for clothes, only a hanging rod placed above the table where the water and kettle were located, which felt impractical. Dental kits and slippers were available, but only upon request. Overall: Good location, but the room maintenance and storage setup could be improved for a more comfortable stay."
