"The location is definitely one of the best features of this stay as it is very accessible to restaurants, convenience stores and all transportation options around the city. The staff are also very helpful when asked regarding directions. You also have the option to avail of the lunch or dinner buffet at their partner restaurant in the ground floor. PS. "Our stay at the hotel was excellent. We were looking for an affordable location with a conducive atmosphere for studying, and it delivered. While it's located on a street that experiences heavy afternoon traffic, this ironically worked in our favor, since the limited vehicle access made the area surprisingly quiet. The receptionist and staff were warm, accommodating, and handled all our inquiries efficiently. As for the room, I actually appreciated the analog aircon, since the steady noise helped me focus. There were a few areas for improvement, however. The toiletries were limited to a bar of soap (shampoo and toothpaste would've been a nice addition), and the analog TV had a weak signal and took up space. One major plus was the reception area, which offered ample lighting and table spaces for studying. The elevator was convenient, though note that it's turned off late at night. Overall, a highly recommended stay for students or budget travelers looking for focus and quiet."

"The service was great, the location was excellent, and the hotel buffet was quite good. However, compared to the luxurious and grand vibe of the lobby and common areas, the guest rooms were way too outdated. During my 7-night stay, hot water didn't work for about 3 days. Plus, they didn't provide Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was incredibly inconvenient as an international traveler. Personally, it felt like the hotel cares way more about its outward appearance than the actual guest experience."

"This hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and all the appliances were working properly, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient since it’s just walking distance to Pryce Tower and nearby establishments. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the upper floors, expect a bit of exercise. They also don’t serve full meals, but they do provide free coffee and bread at the lobby. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, so finding something to eat is very easy."

"What I liked: - good location - excellent customer service - beautiful reception - the breakfast was authentic and tasty What I did not like: - cockroach was found in my room - the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year - the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here, - it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable"

"I checked in at past 10 pm and got a big room, bigger than what I expected for the price. The room, including the bathroom, is obviously newly renovated. I will recommend it to friends.The location is just perfect for my needs."

"The place was splendid! Located close to many good restaurants, SNR and MTS. The pool was really good for adults and the place was well kept. Just don't forget to bring a toothbrush. Hehe. We loved the junior suite!"
