Yyichen1203Our stay at bai Hotel Cebu was unfortunately disappointing, not because problems happened, but because of how the situation was handled.
We understand that operational issues can happen in any hotel, especially during busy periods. However, what upset us the most was the lack of proper communication and service recovery throughout the process. We genuinely felt that with simple communication, transparency, and proactive handling from the team, many of the issues could have been solved smoothly and would not have escalated into such an unpleasant experience.
Instead, we often felt left uncertain and unattended during important moments of our stay. As guests, we value sincerity and communication more than perfection, and that was what we felt was missing.
To be fair, the management did later respond to our feedback professionally through email and acknowledged the operational difficulties they were facing at that time. We appreciate the response and hope the hotel can improve its coordination and guest communication in the future, because the property itself still has good potential.
