GGuest UserIt is probably one of the finest hotels in Quezon City. The rooms are spacious and the service is really good. Amenities are decent enough such as the pool and lobby reception where they hold breakfast every morning. Will surely comeback and stay here again.

GGuest UserI had an excellent stay at Richmonde Hotel Eastwood! The staff were very accommodating, and I want to especially commend Cate from the reception for her outstanding service. She was warm, professional, and made the check-in process so smooth. Cate went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. I also want to commend the bellboy's for going extra mile in helping us with our luggages. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is perfect—close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience, thanks to Cate and the rest of the team!

GGuest UserThere was a problem with the toilet overflowing from the base. It smelled a bit, so I contacted the front desk and they cleaned it right away. However, since it was a malfunction of the toilet, I received another cleaning service, and it was an old issue, so the back of the toilet was stained brown with grime. Other than that, everything else was great. The shopping mall and concert venue were very close. The prices at the shopping mall are pretty much the same as in Korea. A bowl of ramen costs over 10,000 won, and drinks are typically 5,000-6,000 won. They barely sell any plain food. There are no salad specialty stores, and even sandwiches are mayo-based by default, so I struggled with the food more than expected. This isn't really hotel-related, but I'm leaving it for those who are coming for events. I accidentally booked a cheap hotel far away and stayed there for a day, but my condition worsened, so I couldn't stay there anymore. I quickly moved here and found peace. It was clean, pleasant, and cool enough even without turning on the air conditioning, by my standards. The front desk service was also good. There's a Starbucks on the first floor and a Muji Cafe on the second floor. The coffee at Muji tasted better and was cheaper. The caffeine was super strong, and it had a big awakening effect on me, but everyone can choose what they like. There are many places to eat. The value for money wasn't great, but I was satisfied because the walking distance was short.

VVillasanti BuildersPerfect for Exhausted Travelers! What an amazing escape at Astrotel Cubao! My brother traveled all the way from Romblon Province for a 3-day business trip to Metro Manila. The journey left him drained—stuck in that infamous traffic, utterly exhausted by the time he arrived. I booked him a room, and it was pure magic. He stepped in and instantly felt a wave of peace wash over him: a spotless room with all the essentials, blazing-fast WiFi, and zero disturbing noise for the soundest sleep of his trip. The secure location is a gem—24/7 fast food and a convenience store right outside, plus a nice, welcoming ambiance. The cherry on top? The manager and supervisor personally checked in on him, making us feel truly valued. And the spot couldn't be better: a short walk to Farmers Plaza and Gateway Mall, where we unwound with delicious dinners. My brother was so thankful—he left refreshed and ready to conquer his meetings. Highly recommend for anyone needing a serene reset in the city!

It was okay naman although di ako sanay kasi na may mirror sa ceiling tapat ng bed as I know bawal magsleep na nakaharap sa mirror, so i have to move yun kutson sa floor. Okay naman AC mejo maingay pero malamig naman. Mabilis lang ang pag check in and check out.

AAnonymous UserStaff is accommodating and with pleasing personality. The building is okay. The room is big, and okay for the price you pay. Stains inn the bed, and toilet bowl has peeled off paint. Missing toiletries like tooth brush and tooth paste, slippers, etc. you get what you paid for. Location is 5-7 minutes walk to SM north.

AAnonymous UserThis was the second time we booked in Sentinel Residence. We really loved our stay. We love how we can cook. There are also utensils we can use and a mini refrigerator. We really loved the interior of the unit we were in. Only the sink in the bathroom was licking, but other than that, we’d like to stay here for a longer time soon.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!) Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
