Our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The location is amazing, with plenty of stores right nearby and just a few minutes' drive from Centaurus Mall, making it very convenient. The rooms were spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessities, ensuring a very comfortable stay. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible service. The staff was amazing, very kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They promptly helped us with our luggage, and since it was near Iftar time, they generously brought us Iftar and drinks without us even asking. The reception desk was always ready to help with any request, and they even allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The hotel restaurant serves the best Chinese food and amazing drinks. Room service was quick and efficient. Honestly, everything was impressive and perfect. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Islamabad. Highly recommended!

Good services, friendly and respectful staff members, breakfast was of low standard, although kitchen staff was good, there were some guest who were making noise and kept TV volume very high, the management has to keep eye on such guests and they should be respectful to other residents. Overall experience was good. Recommended for families.

Overall it's ok, the service is friendly, the security is just a few guards with AKs, and the side near the market is a bit noisy at night.

Wow what a wonderful stay of my life. Walk-Inn doing a great job punctual, Respectful and very professional staff. The apartment was very Neat & clean and everything was perfectly in its place It was easy to access the mall. The Margalla Hills view looked awesome from the windows. Overall my stay was great if you want to feel like home I fully recommend it to everyone to choose Walk-Inn for a better experience.

I've spent a fantastic week at the guesthouse Galaxy in Islamabad. The location is very clean, located in a quiet and secure neighborhood, and the atmosphere is really warm. The staff is smart and welcome, and the breakfast was delicious.

Convenience of check-in: The hotel is very convenient, located in the F7 district, and easy to find. Most importantly, the hotel staff member ”ABDULLAH” was fantastic! We needed to rent a car to Lahore the next day, and he patiently helped us choose different car models and drivers. We didn't finish all the arrangements until 3 AM – he worked so hard! The driver he helped us choose was also very patient; he was truly wonderful. I hope to come back to Islamabad again next time and drink the Pakistani milk tea you prepared for us again 🥤

When we were picked up, a particularly clean business car was arranged to take us back to the hotel. Islamabad is really hot. I was sweating immediately after landing. Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money. Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them.
