"The hotel is generally quite good and offers a decent overall experience. The room was comfortable, and everything met basic expectations. However, there was a very serious issue during my stay. At around 1 a.m., while I was asleep, a stranger entered my room using a key. It appears that the front desk mistakenly gave another guest access to my room. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about guest safety and security. I strongly urge the hotel to review its procedures and ensure that such incidents do not happen again."

"We were only at the hotel for one night for a flight, a comfortable mand, about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in Kraków. Industrial Zone. Suitable for people who have a car. There is paid parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.🙏"

"Hotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre."

"Great customer service! Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fact that we can order our eggs how we want vice getting scrambled from the buffet.easy to get Uber and taxi. We walked one night from the town square where the chriatmas market was and it took us about 30 minutes. Short drive to Schindler factory and jewsih walls. About 30 min drive to Salt mine."

"Overall a good stay, but the bed was a struggle The hotel’s location and staff were great, and for around 50€ per night, it offers good value. However, since I only stayed for 4 nights, I'm not entirely sure how it would hold up for a longer stay. There were a few practical inconveniences: normally a tram runs right by the hotel, but for some reason, it wasn't operating during my visit. Additionally, a nearby construction site forced a bit of a detour to reach the bus stop. The room itself was nice, but the biggest downside was the bed. Even for just a 4-night stay, it felt very hard. As a result, my lower back became really sore, making it quite a challenge to walk. A mattress topper or something similar would be a very welcome addition to the beds. Overall, a solid choice for the price, provided you prefer a very firm mattress."

"Nice hotel, clean, very good breakfast. A night without a good sleep On March 29, there was a quarrel in the next room 202 all night. As soon as I entered the room, my next door neighbor started. Originally, the two drunk people were happily chatting and singing in the room, but then a few more people came in and started shouting loudly, which lasted for about two hours before they left. midnight…… 1:15 someone came in At 4:50, a man came in, started taking a shower, and began talking. The strange thing is that I don’t get drunk. The room is not soundproofed and I can hear it very clearly."
