"This is a 'grand hotel' set right in the heat of the Old Town, just off the corner of the main square, so perfectly located! The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful, although the coffee machine didn't produce the best drinks. We were slightly disappointed that it didn't have an open bar, although on our last night the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to sit there, and served us drinks. We were told that it would be open regularly when the season picked up in a couple of weeks time. It really didn't put us off. Staff were really friendly. There's a mini-bar in the rooms - which is seldom seen these days, and there were a couple of bottles of free water provided each day. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and would consider the hotel again."

"The location is very good, turn a corner into the square center. Turning in the other direction to the Tram station is very convenient. But called Taxi, the car can't come in and must go to the Tram station to take a ride. The equipment of the house is very good and the room is bright. "As the name suggests, the apartment is more suitable than the hotel. The room was a bit dusty but comfortable. The only thing I want you to be careful about is the place to actually sleep and the reception building where you check in & leave your luggage. The receptionist will be the Santi Hotel, which is about a 1-minute walk from this Grozuka 21, and I think it will be anxious because there is nothing on the door of this Santi Hotel, but it's okay if you open the door and go to the left. ."

"位置絕佳，出門就是集市廣場。自助入住，抵達以後需要聯繫公寓管理人員，説英文，他會通過短訊，messager, 或者郵箱發入住辦法，我用的messenger。入住辦法就是一長條訊息，裡邊有具體入住門洞、樓層、房間、密碼等。沒有電梯，我在三樓住，行李不沉，感覺還可以。門口牆上有個小密碼箱，用入住辦法裏的密碼打開，取出房間鑰匙。房子是過去的老式公寓，挑高很高，有點兒電視劇潛伏的風格，設施非常老舊，但是經過簡單裝修，比較乾淨，不影響使用，電視是新的，WIFI挺快。有一個大BUG，我住的房間在3樓（國外叫2樓），1樓是個音樂pub，我是週六入住，晚上音樂巨響，一直持續到早上三四點，那個聲音根本睡不着，房間有耳塞，塞上以後聲音小一點兒，但是那個PUB的音響震得全身都能感覺到，真正的骨傳導，我是一點兒沒睡着。我以為第二天週日還是這樣，所以我就一直在外邊逛夜景，逛到凌晨1點多，累得不行了才回去，結果發現那天沒有音樂，把我整到無語了，我猜那個pub可能衹有周五和週六才那麼大聲音。別的都很好了，我以後還會選這家，不過我會錯開週五週六兩晚。"
