"The hotel was acceptable, but it didn’t feel like it lived up to its 4-star rating. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Warszawa Centralna station, and the room was clean with functioning air conditioning and good water pressure in the shower. However, the interior is quite dated, and the cushion pillow was noticeably dusty, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category. The street outside is also heavily dug up due to ongoing city construction, making the surroundings less appealing. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but I expected a higher standard from a 4-star hotel."

"Four-star apartment hotel, good outdoor environment, self-check-in is also very convenient, room facilities are relatively complete, no slippers and toiletries, the main thing is to explain the double bed, the result is a folding sofa bed, the first feeling of just entering the house thought that there was no bed."

"The hotel is in a great location, with buses and trams just a short walk away. The Old Town is also within easy reach, around a 20–25 minute walk. The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel itself isn’t ultra-modern, but I guess that’s intentional and part of the charm. Also each room is uniquely decorated and named after a famous person, which adds to its character. Breakfast was adequate and had enough variety. In the evenings, the hotel hosts Chopin concerts, which I really enjoyed, and guests receive a discount. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"As per previous stays, all was very satisfactory. Great location, convenient for public transport links to all parts of the city and onward travel throughout Poland thanks to proximity to Central railway station and to airport via Srodmiescie railway station which is just across the road. Staff are polite and helpful.Breakfast has many choices and helpings are plentiful. All told the perfect fit for a stay in Warsaw."

"Overall, the hotel is good, but we visited Warsaw during an unusual heatwave, and the room lacked air conditioning. We asked for a fan, but they had run out. Sleeping was very difficult at night, and staying in the room during the day was impossible, so we had to spend our time in the lobby. The breakfast selection was very limited. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean."

"By accident, we booked the stay 1 month in advance. As we were unable to change the reservation in reception upon arrival, we booked another stay for the present day and paid for the room again. We asked the hotel for cancellation of the future stay via trip.com, but hget refused twice already. Other than that, the stay could be pleasant."
