"The bed was comfortable, the shower was workable, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, where is the air conditioner? A fan wasn't the best substitute. Also, some of the curtains at the windows either absented or couldn't close fully. And why the cleaner didn't visit my room?"
"The room was quite spacious, the price was reasonable, the breakfast was decent, and it was only a few kilometers from the airport, so it only took about ten minutes by taxi, which was very convenient. The hotel lobby was also nice."
"This hotel has a great perk: early check-in at 10:30 AM, allowing immediate room access. Plus, no deposit is required upon check-in. There's a restaurant downstairs and a convenience store right across the street. A bus stop is nearby, and it's only a 40-60 minute bus ride to the airport. Although the bed is a bit narrow, the mattress is incredibly comfortable. The area around the hotel is also very safe."
"The location is very convenient, there are many cafes and coffee shops nearby. The staff is friendly and helped with registration. The rooms are clean with a pleasant smell. There is wifi. During my stay, the restaurant in the hotel itself was not open yet, so breakfast was brought to the door and left there, giving me the opportunity to sleep in. The cuisine is delicious. There is also a gym and many relaxation rooms on the territory. In general, I really liked it. The only wish is to check the shower cans before checking in because mine was empty."
"Close to the airport with a gas station nearby, which is quite convenient. The room was clean. When I asked for breakfast for an early flight, they had it ready very quickly. They also have their own paid parking lot."
"Really nice and clean hotel. Brand new. Very convenient for stay before/ after flight from Chopin Airport - located in 5 min by taxi. Beds are clean and comfortable. Cozy room. Tea pot, tea and instant coffee in the room. I will definitely stay here every time I have flight from Chopin.
The only thing I would like to recommend to Hotel - add more hygiene items: slippers, dental kit, separate shampoo and conditioner, and also an ironing board + iron. For travellers it’s very important to have a possibility get fully ready next part of journey."
"The room was very comfortable and clean, and it's super close to the airport. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during those really hot days in Warsaw. For this price, and considering the quality of the room, it's definitely worth it."
"It completely exceeded my expectations. The room was huge, clean, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a great choice for travelers with layovers. There's a free airport shuttle bus, but you need to book in advance. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!"
"About a 20-minute tram ride from the city center. There's a supermarket and a drugstore nearby, and about 800-900 meters away, there's also a large shopping mall with a cinema and a big Carrefour. It's less crowded there, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.
This area seems like a hotel district, with three hotels located here. Taxis can't enter, so they have to stop at the intersection, and you have to walk the rest of the way in."

Amazing
PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.
松松ゆこThe hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant. They readily held my luggage after check-out, and the ticket-based retrieval system gave me peace of mind. Water dispensers in the lobby and elevator halls on the guest floors were a great touch, allowing for free refills. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and there was plenty of seating, making for a relaxed meal.
SSh4FFI wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the InterContinental Warsaw! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with incredibly pleasant and professional service, and a lovely anniversary surprise was waiting for us in our room – a truly wonderful gesture from the hotel.
Our room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable, and the view of the Palace of Culture and the Złota 44 skyscraper from it was absolutely breathtaking. Our mornings were made even better by the very rich, diverse, and top-notch breakfast spread.
One of the hotel's big advantages is the entire recreational area. I really appreciated the unlimited access to the gym, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the palace while working out. Additionally, as part of our room reservation, we had the option to book an hour-long session at the pool, which was the perfect, hassle-free complement to our relaxation. All in all, it made for a perfect trip that we'll definitely cherish in our memories!
Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.
IIzab.EllaThe hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really.
We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.
LLuca9006This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of the city center. All the major attractions are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Downstairs, you'll find a hub of various dining options, so everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right at your fingertips. The hotel itself is upscale and grand, with sophisticated and stylish decor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is wonderfully soft, ensuring an excellent stay. It's perfect for both holiday getaways and leisure trips. Highly recommended!
HHwang DanaI stayed at this hotel for a one-night layover, and for that purpose, I would definitely recommend it. I had read reviews saying it was about 20 minutes from the airport, but it was much closer than I expected. Using the Bolt app, our taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 30 PLN (Polish złoty), and our pre-booked Bolt ride back to the airport the next day cost 46 PLN. Both journeys took only about 5–7 minutes, making this hotel a very convenient option for an airport layover.
We requested a late check-out, and although usually it depends on room availability, we were lucky, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay an extra two hours free of charge. This was greatly appreciated since our flight was later in the day.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave me directions to the nearest convenience store, which was about a 10-minute walk away easy to find and perfect for buying snacks and drinks, they even sell cooked meals such as sandwiches and other ready-made meals. There is also a self-service convenience store just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it because entry requires registration with a Polish (or a limited number of other countries') phone number to unlock the door.
The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner from 5PM to 10PM. While the food was decent, it wasn't quite to our taste and it is a bit expensive; also the staff didn't speak much English.
The room was small but perfectly adequate for two people staying overnight. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the excellent water pressure in the shower.
Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable choice for an airport layover, and I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Warsaw.
SSantushiThe hotel was not far from the Old Town about 15-20min walk.
A bus stop right outside.
Very nice hotel. Appreciated the free water machines.
Lovely hotel would definitely recommend!
TThaiNganThe room is clean and tidy, and the location is super convenient for exploring the Old Quarter. Plus, right in front is a bus stop, perfect for getting around or heading to the airport. If you have a lot of luggage or bulky suitcases, this guesthouse is a great choice. Each bed has a curtain, providing a sense of privacy, and every bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
GGuest UserGood hotel in a great location, with Warsaw Zachodnia train station within walking distance. Very convenient to get to! The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was decent, although it could have been a bit more varied. Throughout the day, you can get a mug and hot water from the cooler on the ground floor, as there's no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room. I would have liked the price per night to be a little lower, especially since the hotel positions itself as budget-friendly...
