"Very comfortable holiday villa, suitable for families and friends. A few minutes away to the beach. Vehicles can be parked directly in the basement parking lot. One parking space per villa. There is a restaurant within a few minutes of driving, and hotel guests also send a wine. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. I think the living room lighting is not enough. Villa is east facing and can be seen daily from the room."

"At best its a 4star property. During our stay hotel wasnt at its best, so ill put 3.5 stars. Hotel entrance looks like a train station waiting room. For a moment we thought that we are underground as its dark everywhere inside the hotel. Toilets were smelly on the entrance ground, Windows were cleaned on Christmas last year i think. Dirty floors. Rooms are dingy, but spacious.. Lots of cupboard space. you cant use the mirrors in bath area as its too dark. Water in Toilet bowl keeps on going unless you fiddle with the push buttons. TV Remote was filthy. Towels are from the 10th century, use with care! Toiletries are basic brands, nothing oo la la! Breakfast is good, not excellent. Theres a live station for omelettes and pancakes. Coffee from nescafe machines with pods, again not very 5 star standard. Stay here if you have a good price deal but not high expectations. DO NOT EXPECT 5 STAR SERVICE! You have been warned."

"We spent a nice week there. The family room was huge and very clean. Beds very good. What was super nervous that you had to stand before the dining room at every meal. The staff was friendly, but not from the speciality...Furthermore, it was not possible to get anything other than water or coffee in the night until breakfast ... The pool bar, Where drinks and food were offered overnight, it could have been cleaner and cleaner. The hotel is good, but definitely not 5Sterne hotel."

"Hotel in general pleasant, the large rooms with a simple but beautiful design! The rest of the hotel needed new decor to fit with the rooms! The area is quiet with beach nearby! In improving cleaning, we noticed several mosquitoes dead on the wall when we arrived that could have been cleaned and did not!"

"Very pleasant stay with no issues! Hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the marina which was nice. Hotel nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine, cooked items made at time of order so its fresh. Nice selection of pastries and breads. Rooms are dated but are clean and tidy. Tv screens are tiny and hard to see from the other end of the room. Staff all friendly and welcoming. I'd stay here again! "

"Lovely  new large hotel in a quiet area, not far from the W Algarve. The hotel was super clean, with large rooms, and the continental breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.I didn’t opt for the buffet dinner, as it was easier to order a nice burger from the bar, which was really tasty. I also tried the Portuguese steak sandwich, which just wasn’t to my liking, but the staff kindly changed it for the burger instead.The pool and spa areas were also spacious and well maintained.You do need an Uber or a car to get around, as there are very few shops nearby. There is one nice restaurant next door and a sports bar close by.The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic or forthcoming with hotel information, although the manager Andrea, was especially helpful and lovely to talk to. As it was off-season, the hotel was very quiet, and the weather was a bit chilly, so the pools were not really in use. I would definitely visit again if the price was good."

"This place has polarizing reviews.. After going there, I understand why. The facilities and services are good. You can use the swimming pool, washer and dryer (performance is poor), sauna and spa for free, and although the building structure is unique (1st and 8th floor reception, 2 elevator transfers, etc.), it's okay if you get used to it. We couldn't find the way by taxi, so we climbed the hill with our suitcases, but the reception on the first floor is near the spar mart. They were friendly, but the air conditioner was broken so I called twice and they didn't come so I just gave up. This place is in the middle of the old town, so I actually made a reservation based on the location, but it's literally in the middle of the club street, so even if you're inside the accommodation, you'll be staying at the concert hall all night long. There's no soundproofing, so you have to enjoy it together until 5 a.m. The noise is another level, as foreign reviews say. I’m traveling around the world, but this place is really ambiguous haha. The breakfast isn’t bad, but it’s just ambiguous… . Personally, I think it would be less noisy and better if it wasn't just in this alley because it's Albupay!!"

"Good place to stay in the Algarve – unfortunately we ended up in a 1st floor room (ground level) facing the parking lot. Also the shower hat problems and flooded the entire bathroom and some of the hotel room. They did something to improve, but overall it seemed like bad design and still happened a little bit afterwards. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. I wouldn't call it a ”Hotel & Spa” though – the spa facilities are quite limited, small and some were even out of order."
