NNiuboteniusiluxunVery good hotel, the location is not particularly downtown, next to the cable car, but in the middle of the mountain, so the view is invincible, but you need to book a view room, or you can see it on the viewing platform outside the room building.
The room is large, the facilities are good, and there is an electric toilet. It is definitely a very good hotel here in Vladivostok. The scale is relatively small, not the kind of large hotel.

I booked this hotel by accident. My trip to Vladivostok was very sudden. I booked the hotel the day before and left the next day. When I booked, only a double room (1.5-meter double bed) was left.
(This hotel is incredibly popular 🔥 not only among Chinese tourists, but also among many Russians traveling to Vladivostok.)
The room information stated 10 square meters, but after checking in, I found it was actually quite large, larger than I expected, and had a large bay window. There was enough room for two people to share their luggage. Because it was the off-season, the room rate was less than 600 RMB per night.
The location is excellent! Clover House is right downstairs. It's a 10-minute walk to Victory Square and the Orthodox Church, and a 5-minute walk to a money exchange. It's completely in the city center. There are also many supermarkets nearby, including 5-cent and Green Supermarket, making shopping very convenient.
The receptionists there are incredibly attentive! Especially since I checked out at 5 AM this morning. The night before, I asked the receptionist if she could prepare some cookies for me the next morning. She was incredibly kind and said no cookies, she'd prepare breakfast for me the next morning – sandwiches, eggs, and cheese [heart emoji]. So incredibly thoughtful! As soon as I got downstairs at 5 AM, the receptionist brought me the breakfast she'd prepared in advance, and she even packed it all up for me! ❤️
The hotel provided a check-in guide with all the important information. They offer breakfast daily from 8 AM to 11 AM, and the bar is open all day.
Smoking is completely prohibited indoors and in the rooms 🚭 (this is really great!). If you need to smoke, you have to go to the outdoor platform on the second floor.
PS: There's also a mini-fridge in the room, in the bedside table, where you can keep chilled beer.

The result turned out to be pretty good. The hotel is not facing the street, but the entrance is in a small alley. Room 2 Room with one bathroom, not bad!

KkossnikitaSuddenly very good hotel. Rooms are new, clean, no visible wear. The mattress is excellent. The room has all the furniture and equipment needed. Everything is prepared for a rich cooking: all the kitchen equipment, knives, dishes. The cost of the cost is a separate song at all. Not all five-stars are assembled as this. It is difficult to say what is not enough for a comfortable life here. Separate plus for convenient location from the train station, it is convenient to get directly from the airport.

The room was a bit small but still around 40 square meters, which is considered quite large in Vladivostok. Compared to the nearby Novotel, which costs about 1000 RMB per night, it's really incomparable. The next day, I used points on Ctrip to extend my stay for another night for only 350 RMB, also without breakfast. They upgraded me to a large sea-view suite, room 406, which was 60 square meters. There's a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending!

GGuest UserНа первый взгляд номер неплохой. Чисто, комфортно, есть все необходимое. Но очень нас разочаровало наличие тараканов в номере! Один забежал прямо в чемодан. Второй минус - в номере было холодно. Есть обогреватель, но греет плохо и стучит. И при его работе нужно было открыть шторы, тк они нагревались ,а на первом этаже этого делать бы не хотелось.

TTati O.This apartment is perfect for sea views; there's a great coffee shop and breakfasts downstairs.
The location itself isn't very convenient if you're driving. The building is behind a railway crossing, so we spent an hour stuck in traffic; walking probably wouldn't be a problem.
The mattress is very soft; if you're used to a medium-firm or firm mattress, it might be uncomfortable.
The dishes are great, and there's everything you need to cook, but I missed salt, pepper, and oil in the kitchen.

TTaattiWe initially booked a standard room, but it was too crowded for two people to fit in. Our open suitcase blocked access to the restroom.
We paid extra for a comfort room. These rooms are on the third floor, and the view from the window isn't of a wall or roof, like on the second floor, making it easier to breathe.
If you're just staying overnight, a standard room is fine, but if you're staying for a couple of days, a comfort room is better.
Regarding breakfast, it's simple; don't expect a ”wow” experience; you'll find something to munch on. The coffee was disappointing, though—it was instant.
The reception staff is helpful and willing to help. A big thank you to Kirill, who recommended where to eat and what to see. He's a great guy.

DDangdangyinFacilities: It's very much like a hostel; if you're looking for a cozy atmosphere, you won't find it here.
Cleanliness: Decent, not dirty. We stayed for three nights, and they only cleaned once. They didn't replace toothbrushes or anything. You're expected to use one disposable toothbrush throughout your stay, but the toothpaste ran out, so you'll need to bring your own.
Location: It's close to Victory Square and the churches, no uphill or downhill walking, and plenty of dining options nearby.
Overall, it's a clean, affordable, and convenient hotel.
Breakfast: Don't bother with their breakfast; it's just various kinds of bread. Go out and explore a bit, there's a Soviet-style canteen nearby, head there for breakfast instead.

GGuest UserДизайн здесь полностью попал точно в мой вкус — отделка имеет яркую уникальную изюминку, а цветовая гамма подобрана невероятно благородно и стильно. Матрас просто суперудобный, стоит только прилечь, и вообще не хочется вставать. Система вентиляции в санузле работает на отлично, абсолютно нет никаких посторонних запахов. Только что спустилась вниз и оформила выезд, всё прошло максимально гладко, без малейших проволочек и заморочек.
