"Most everything about this hotel was good except 3 out of 10 days I stayed the room did not get cleaned. Even though the make up room was turned on. And several of the days the toiletries and coffee supplies were not replenished. The only other downside is that there are no walkable restaurants nearby and the restaurant in the hotel is very very overpriced, particularly the breakfast buffet."

"First they couldn’t find our booking in their system. It took almost 1hour and after we contacted trip.com then they could find it. They first gave us a total different room then we had booked, but after a hour they called us that we could move to a other room just like we had booked. The room was good and we had a nice stay"

"Lovely hotel and better than expected for the price point. We booked a very spacious junior suite for a very reasonable price. Staff are super, really helped us with some issues. Good location, about 10 mins from the airport via taxi. Bedroom was large and cosy. The AC is placed right infront of the bed though, so can affect those with problems with the AC. It’s quite strong as well. Overall, nice hotel."

"I didn’t expect much from this hotel at first I just wanted to visit Jeddah and stroll around, but when I arrived I was truly amazed by the service, cleanliness, and overall experience. The room was big and so comfortable, the location is perfect close to the airport. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. A special thanks to Ahmed from Yemen and Nura both were so nice and accommodating. Actually, every staff member was amazing I just couldn’t remember all their names! Thank you so much for making my stay wonderful. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again whenever I visit Jeddah ! Sorry I didn’t take many pictures"

"Lovely hotel very clean and calm and peaceful. Gym was smaller than expected and weights don’t go more than 20kg. Ac works great. The pillows were like balloons which wasn’t comfortable but overall stay was lovely."
