"Although I didn’t expect this, but the food is amazinggggg and the room is very very clean with plenty of towels. Bathroom has a great finish to it and the room is spacious. The ONLY downside is that the pool was not working when i came. But everything else was fantastic."
"We had an amazing stay at the hotel and would recommend it to everyone for the price. The room was so spacious clean and could easily fit 4 people. Would like to thank Mr Nafaz and Mr MD Almas both gave us a really nice stay and great customer service. We even where allowed to checkout late for no extra cost . Thank you for everything we stayed from 05/05/26 to 07/05/26."
"A light air of ****** covered up with incredibly strong smells of cleaning chemicals and oud or patchouli or smoke. The air control did not work in my room. The shower will flood your bathroom. The desk is too small to work at. The wait staff at the desk will gladly try to serve you if they care to understand, the help . staff avert your gaze when the wait staff are in view. Also the hot water is boiling and then lukewarm to cold within 10 minutes."
"“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were all very kind and attentive, and communication was excellent throughout my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!”"
"Location: not too far from the airport and also not too far from the old town. You can walk to the corniche crossing through a nice area with big houses
Room: clean and practical, has everything I need
Service: quick check in, but overall not too many service activities
Gym: for this price range quite nice gym
Supermarket: huge supermarket - panda - just around the corner
Overall a perfect option for 1-2 days exploring Jeddah."

Great
GGuest UserConnected to Red Sea Mall, very convenient.
Room is nice and clean, got everything you need.
Everything is perfect. Didn’t get the chance to try their food but they have a good price for lunch package ~55 Sar/pp.
RRaykolaBeautiful clean room with kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices. Western food and middle eastern choices. There is a small mall nearby. Walking distance. Bed is comfortable to sleep.
GGuest UserPerfect location , the guys outside the welcoming guys who take your bag to the room are very friendly , the sea view is a different building you should know that , before you book .
AAmjad Al saeedA wonderful experience and a fantastic hotel, expertly managed by Mr. Abdullah, who made our stay incredibly smooth. The room was great, much more spacious than many other hotels. I'd like to extend my thanks to the reception staff, especially Ms. Alanoud, for her cooperation, professionalism, and for being an excellent representative of the hotel. My regards to everyone, and we will definitely be visiting again.
MMariabyarDidn’t like the location. Far for most leisure/beach or downtown. Maybe good if you have business near.
It’s clean but you feel something missing
Service can be a bit better. Employees can smile more and be more helpful.
Enough amenities for one day stay
GGuest UserWe stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming.
Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call.
Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message.
Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings.
On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.
AAbdallah alhaddadIt was a truly wonderful stay in every sense of the word. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was very sophisticated. The staff's interaction was respectful and kind throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the small details were exceptional, making me feel cared for and at ease. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is beautiful. I thank the hotel management and all the staff for their warm welcome and professionalism. I will definitely be visiting again.
IIwan/IkhwanOne Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras.
Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service.
They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.
AAnonymous UserAll is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them.
It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better.
Thank you so much!
