"The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. Arriving late at night is really like being in the Arab world for a thousand and one nights. The facilities are luxurious and the rooms are comfortable. The room service manager who understands Chinese in the lobby is particularly enthusiastic. In the morning, I was awakened by the pigeons outside the window and saw the sun in Riyadh more than 40 degrees. Breakfast was not bad."

"The place is beautiful and comfortable. The cleanliness is good. The reception staff, Mahmoud and Mohamed, are very respectful in their interactions. Responses are quick. There's a large mosque nearby where Friday prayers are held. It's also close to laundromats, convenience stores, and several restaurants and cafes like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and Dunkin'. There's also a Panda supermarket nearby. The soundproofing in the hallways isn't great, you can hear noises. Parking is shared with no dedicated spots, but it's within the same block."

"The hotel is conveniently located opposite a mall, making shopping and dining easy. The room was good and clean. You can grab a coffee or dessert on the sofa in the lobby, or enjoy a drink in the garden. The lobby bar staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man who was always cheerful when I went to get hot water. Overall, great service from them. However, the front desk staff were a bit stiff and didn't smile much. On the bright side, the bellhops were very proactive, greeting guests and offering Arabic coffee. Breakfast was decent, but it's a typical Arabic breakfast, which might be a bit plain for those used to Chinese food."
