"Was a perfect stay. Room was clean and tidy felt brand new and had a very beautiful view of date farm and Uhud mountains (was spectacular). All amenities were available. Checkin checkout was smooth and staff were very helpful and polite. They have a very nice air freshener in the lobby, loved it. 100% recommended."

"The smell of smoke was coming into our non-smoking rooms, even though we specifically requested non-smoking. This was very bothersome, especially since I was traveling with children. I personally didn't like the location; it's about an 8-9 minute walk to the Haram, which feels a bit far, and it takes even longer if it's crowded. Unfortunately, the rooms have no soundproofing; we could clearly hear street noise and sounds from the hallways. On a positive note, all the reception staff were very respectful and professional."

"Absolutely excellent, Masha'Allah! The cleanliness and tidiness were superb, and even the amenities provided made it feel like a five-star hotel. They've thought of everything you might need, from toothbrushes and cloth slippers to an iron and ironing board, in addition to the usual towels and shampoo. Truly outstanding! The staff were quick and professional in their service. It's definitely worth experiencing, though the location is a bit far from the Haram, about a 30-minute walk. By car, it's close, and they mentioned having a bus, but I didn't try it personally. Overall, an excellent experience and worth trying again if they maintain their high standards."
