"Honestly, i would stay in south pattaya next time just because its closer to everything, but hotel was good, a lot of selection for breakfast, room was spacious with balcony and we got the room with sea view they have 2 pools and a rooftop bar zama which had an amazing view at sunset, staff were ok not too friendly but professional i would stay here again if in jomtien"

"Stayed in room 513. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was in good condition. The staff provided standard service. The swimming pool was nice with a beautiful sea view, and there were good seating areas around it. They should consider adding rules for pool use, like no loud music disturbing other guests. On May 29, 2026, I encountered a situation where guests brought a speaker and played very loud music while eating. To top it off, my next-door neighbors in room 312 had their TV on full blast all night until 3 AM. Just when it finally quieted down, at 7 AM, I thought I could get some sleep, but then a child started crying loudly along with the TV again. Oh my god... The hotel itself is good 🥳💐, but some guests were incredibly inconsiderate 🤭. When staying at a hotel, one should follow the rules and not disturb others. It was a sleepless holiday 😂🥲🎉"

"The hotel is good, beachfront, and everything is nearby. They clean the room and change towels every day. We stayed on the 8th floor and had a beautiful view. The shower drained poorly. Our neighbors were quiet, so I can't comment on the soundproofing. Breakfasts were good, typical for an average hotel in Thailand. On the ground floor, there's a Starbucks, bowling, and billiards. The pool is large but a bit old and not cleaned well. During the first part of our stay, there were a lot of Indian guests, but the hotel separated guests at breakfast and by floor: Indians separate from everyone else, for which a big THANK YOU to the hotel management!"

"The hotel's location isn't out of the way; turn left or right, and you'll find plenty of food, drinks, and massage places. There's also a 7-Eleven, which isn't super close like right downstairs, but it's not far either. The front desk staff were standard—not overly cold, but definitely not warm. They answered all questions, which was fine. No 8-toothed smiles like I experienced in Phuket, and no one helped with luggage; I was on my own the whole time. I stayed on the 5th floor in a pool-view room. The 4th floor has the restaurant and pool, and the pool includes a simple kids' play area. So, that pool was incredibly noisy. Kids' screaming started around 7 AM. The soundproofing in the room isn't great. Around 3 AM on the 20th, some people checked in, and their kids sounded like screaming chickens, while the adults were slamming doors loudly. The entire hallway vibrated with the screaming, shouting, and door slamming, which lasted about an hour, finally stopping around 4 AM. No staff intervened or managed the situation. I thought breakfast was pretty good, with a decent variety. If you walk a bit to the left after leaving the hotel, you'll reach the beach. However, the stretch from the road to the water is very narrow, the sand is very coarse, mixed with small pebbles, and the seawater is murky. My feet hurt from walking in flip-flops on the sand. A taxi to Terminal 21 costs around 150 Thai Baht."

"Got a call from an unknown number in the morning. I was half-asleep and barely remember anything, just that the caller mentioned the hotel and a previous guest. I'm not entirely sure about that part, but the main point is they called to invite me to play slots and baccarat, asking me to transfer 100 baht. When I refused, they just hung up."

"Traveling with family, the hotel is very close to Jomtien Beach. You can practically walk from the pool, cross the road, and be right on the sand. Jomtien Beach and the beaches near Walking Street are pretty similar – there's no real concept of 'clean' or 'unclean' there; the sand is quite coarse, and the sea is comparable to the non-private beaches in Hainan. So, if you're going to Pattaya to enjoy the sea, you really need to go to Koh Larn, otherwise, it's not much different from a trip to Hainan. My parents even struggled with the local food, which felt like an unnecessary hassle, haha. The hotel's swimming pool is quite small and connects to the breakfast area. The breakfast, however, was plentiful and had a lovely ambiance, where you could enjoy the sea and sunshine while eating."

"I'm a repeat guest at Fifth Pattaya. And I keep coming back for more. I find the Grand Deluxe rooms more than adequate with a fantastic kitchenette, private balconies and many of the rooms have just undergone renovation. The breakfast is most acceptable, the location from the beach is just a 3 to 5 minute stroll, the staff of super friendly and efficient. There's no place I'd be happier to stay at."
