The location was perfect, centrally located with lots of food options around the area. Service is nothing short of excellent. Our room was super clean with a view of the street in front of the hotel and a small temple which was beautifully lit in the evening. Some areas of improvement but not necessarily negative: consider widening the partition between the shower and toilet areas as the water does splash quite a bit when you shower, place the bathroom tissue holder a little higher for easier reach, and lastly place a chair in the room with a higher height. The one we got was too low for the desk. Other than those, our stay was perfect.

The hotel is very basic, but clean! No insects or dust were found. The breakfast isn't very varied, but you can find something to eat. For sweets, there were only toast with jam and some cookies. But the coffee was excellent! The bed wasn't comfortable for me – the mattress was very firm and the pillows too soft, and the duvet was also light. Surprisingly, the room temperature was perfectly comfortable, not hot. There are many cafes near the hotel for every taste and budget. We even managed to walk to the Blue Temple.

This hotel is excellent and offers great value for a star-rated hotel. I was very satisfied with the environment, cleanliness, facilities, service, and location. It's very close to the bus station and the night market, and the breakfast is abundant. When visiting Chiang Rai, you really can't go wrong with this place. Nearby, there's a small restaurant with a pool table and two small tables pushed together; at first, I wasn't sure if it was even a restaurant. But when the food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised – it was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. Although I had to wait a bit, it was definitely worth it, and it was cheap too – three meals and two drinks for around 60 baht. You can also rent a car to visit the White Temple, Black Temple, Blue Temple, and the Long Neck Tribe all in one day.

Fantastic location and excellent staff willing to help. The room, however, being on the ground floor right next to reception and the elevators you would like to think that the door was sound proof, unfortunately it was not and I could hear everything throughout the night and early mornings. The shower was very difficult to shower in based on how small it was and the lack of towel racks was annoying whilst trying to cut down on the hotel having wash them daily. But other than that I would recommend to all to stay - the size of the bed was huge and a definite highlight!

This place is amazing, u can see the staff's efforts to keep it clean, at first I didn't expect much but I ended up surprised, of course I will return super clean, staff is very friendly, good location, very well prepared with everything you need and very comfortable thank you for the amazing stay🤩👏✨

This hotel has different pros and cons and the cons seem to outweigh the pros in my opinion. The pros are that this hotel is located in a lush garden, which is great if you want to wake up everyday in such an environment. The staffs are friendly. The rooms are big and quite beautiful. However, there are several significant issues. First, there are a lot of mosquitos in and out of the room, and they look quite aggressive. It is no surprise because the staffs fully open all the window and doors during cleaning. The pool is beautiful but no one uses it because it is freezing cold. This has been repeatedly mentioned in other reviews. So you have the weird situation that everyone just sits around the pool feeding the mosquitos. The internet in the room was very poor. The room has hidden spots which are extremely dirty, such as the bathroom window area. The hotel is also a bit far from the center, so you need to use grab.

Like: 1. Very good first impression during check-in – staff are very cheerful, helpful and enthusiastic – a fantastic welcome to my stay! 2. Clean, spacious and most importantly, no insects or foul smell in the room. Good quality mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels - all new and are so comfortable! Housekeeper's response was prompt and everything worked well. 3. Within walking distance to: nearest 7-11 shop (about 7 minutes), Saturday night market (about 10 minutes), Clock tower (about 15 minutes) 4. Spotless and cosy restaurant. Breakfast spread is small but well-prepared with slight variation in the hot dishes daily (kudos to the chef!). Coffee is good! Dislike: 1. Space in toilet is very tight in the superior room – suitable only for someone with small body frame 2. Pool does not seem to be cleaned daily as I saw dirt and dead insects floating in the water for 2 days’ straight (the bright lights around the pool attract a lot of flying insects on certain nights). Pool water is only waist-deep 3. The hotel is situated within an older residential area and the alleys are dead quiet after dark. My room on the 4th floor has views of roof tops of the surrounding nondescript buildings. Rooms on the opposite side probably have better views. 4. TV is not a smart TV. Mainly Thai programmes so nothing to watch if you do not understand Thai

very nice hotel. price is very competitive for what it offers. rooms are spacious luminous and clean. easy to reach by car and with private parking lot. staff is friendly and helpful. highly recommended!
