GGuest UserAlthough the journey to Chiang Rai was quite long, staying at this hotel made everything completely worth it. The moment we arrived, we felt so relaxed and happy. The service was excellent, and my boyfriend and I truly enjoyed every moment here.
Honestly, you don’t even feel like leaving the hotel. For dinner, we had Italian cuisine at the hotel, and it was absolutely delicious. We even got to enjoy a beautiful sunset while dining – such a perfect and memorable experience.
The highlight for me was definitely the spa. It was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, one of the best parts of our stay. I really wish we could have stayed one more night!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is lovely, the room were modern & the beds are comfy. Our room comes with nice bathtub with a nice river view. The staffs are very accommodating. Hotel is nearby the blue temple & there is also nice restaurants nearby. The swimming pool & gym are great. The breakfast in the hotel have a good spread of food. Overall a nice place to relax & consider for a short staycation with families & friends👍

GGuest UserWhat a great find in Chiang Rai. We normally stay at the golden pine resort and that offers great value but I wanted to try something else.
Other similar properties were and still are a bit over priced and i seek out the best overall value accommodation. Not the cheapest though. We usually stay one to foUr weeks so it needs to be right.
The hotel is at the third bridge up the kok river with easy access by road. The river front location is very quiet and peaceful and surrounded by lush greenery. I spent some time by myself just relaxing and the food service provided by the restaurant is good value as well.
We had a two bedroom suite with every living area, two bathrooms and another serviette toilet as well. The included breakfast is more Thai style but adequate with a fair amount of choice.
Overall I would give it a good solid 4-4.5/5.

GGuest UserPros: Close to a community area, with restaurants, convenience stores, a market, and a beer garden all within walking distance. Easy to find, located on the main road.
Cons: The bed is extremely hard, even when I lay down on it, my knees hurt. Sleeping is painful. There are very few power outlets, only two of them are two-holes (not three-holes). There are cobwebs and spiders near the sink. The headboard has blackout curtains, no blackout curtains. It's bright at 6 a.m. The air conditioner compressor is loud and vibrates, requiring earplugs to sleep. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. I saw a bag of sticky rice and grilled pork. I asked to take it, but the staff refused, saying I had to eat at the hotel. In short, I didn't get breakfast at the hotel because I had to leave in a hurry.

GGuest UserLocation is good, quite neighborhood, halal ( Muslim) food available, laundry service near by, mosque (muslim prayer center) near by. Rooms are clean decent size but they need to add some amenities , side table with reading lamp, no chair, no water cattle, no hand towel, instead of giving paper water cup, glass for drinking water would be great. In room tea coffee would be great as the town is almost dead by 7pm.
Please also add some kind egg (boiled is easy) with breakfast.

Central location, clean, a huge fridge downstairs, a small kitchen for basic things (no gas for the cooker) and some fruits and coffee were available.
The only problem was noise, as a few guest were impolite, but other than that, I have been happy with my stay.

KKel89The place is great but the location is really hide, I want use the pool in the morning before to check out but they were cleaning it until 11am so I just enjoyed for 30 minutes… check out is at 12pm. They offer coffee and cookies free and I had the breakfast alone… not sure if more tourists stayed in the place… I shared bathroom but I only used it, I like the glass water. No aircon but the fan is close to the bed, which makes it comfortable.

GGuest UserIt’s a good hotel for the money 💰 shower was excellent a pretty comfy bed, however the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve seen in Asia, the hotel seems to cater for the Asian market with the breakfast even though there are lots of westerners staying there, if you want eggs you have to pay for them and the rest of the stuff on offer was crap! , the coffee was grim! give it a miss 🤣🤣

I had a wonderful stay at Pimann Place and cannot recommend it enough for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.
The Room:
The rooms are incredibly spacious and offered at a very affordable price. I was impressed by the amenities provided: a super comfortable King-sized bed, a refrigerator, powerful air conditioning, a hot shower, a TV, and a hair dryer. The daily housekeeping was consistent and kept everything spotless.
Comfort & Connectivity:
One of the best parts was the building's design—the hotel stays naturally cool all day long, and I rarely even needed to turn on the aircon! The room Wi-Fi was super fast, which made it perfect for getting work done or streaming.
Location & Perks:
Convenience: It’s just a short, easy walk to the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar/Food Bazaar.
Breakfast: They provide a nice light breakfast to start your day.
Service: A huge thank you to the staff for being so accommodating. They allowed me to check in at 10:00 AM instead of the usual 2:00 PM, which made my arrival so much smoother.
I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Rai!
