The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bed was soft and great for sleeping. The staff were all very friendly. Even though there's no elevator, they helped carry our luggage up to the room. The only downside was too many mosquitoes. I hope they can improve their mosquito control for next time.

Very comfortable for a large family. The staff were friendly and spoke very kindly. The accommodation was clean and peaceful.

Everything was great, but unfortunately the room was quite dark. The welcome tea was lovely and tasted delicious. The staff were all excellent. When I first entered the room, I noticed a lot of dust on the table, probably because everything was black so it was very visible. I reported it and they came to clean it immediately, so the service was really good. There's an Islamic massage parlor across the street, and I thought 'Gan Ma' gave a great massage.

I was very satisfied with my stay. I booked this stay as a wedding gift for my staff, and the hotel made it even more special by providing complimentary decorations and a slice of cake. Really appreciate the thoughtful gesture and the great service. Thank you so much for making their stay memorable!

This was my second stay, and it was longer than the last one. Again, I had a room with a back alley view. The king-sized bed was huge because it was made up of two smaller beds pushed together. Housekeeping was also very good.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Idk if this is miscommunication or what, but they don't have iron..? Not even the shared one..? We do ask the receptionist, but they say don't have huhu. So, well.. i end up travel with tudung sarung and wrinkly pants and shirt... 😌 other than that, everything is okey. Nice location. Near 7/11, money changer, lee garden night market, railway station, spa for massages

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, but the TV and the kettle have problems and can't be used.
