I did some research beforehand, so I had a general idea of the room layout. However, I was surprised that the hotel didn't replace the disposable slippers daily; they weren't changed once during my 4-night stay. There were no toiletries for kids either, which is really disappointing for a family-friendly hotel. On the bright side, the private beach is beautiful, and my kids absolutely loved the pool, spending all their time in the water. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, and even the nearest 7-Eleven requires transportation to get to.

The room is very spacious with a beautiful view. The entire hotel is built on a mountain, so getting around isn't easy, but they do offer a shuttle service to the town below. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient. The cleanliness was a bit lacking, though; I found sand in the room upon check-in for some reason. All the staff, however, were very warm and attentive.

Nice resort, clean, good services and good breakfast selections. The location is on the very top of the mountain, the last ~100meters is so steep that some small grab cars can’t even get up to the hotel. Hotel shuttles go to Patong beach 4 times a day. If you’d only stay in hotel enjoying the pool, this is a good place. Or if you’d like to visit other places in Phuket, think it twice.

Conclusion: Good value for money, recommended! The room has an excellent location with a 180-degree sea view. The hotel's location is superb; the beach is right across the street from the main entrance, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. It's only a ten-minute walk to the bar street. Facilities: There are two swimming pools. Not many people were swimming, but you can, and the water was quite clean. The water pressure in the room's shower was sufficient, and the drainage worked fine. The air conditioning wasn't noisy. Breakfast: The restaurant has a great location with views of the beach coastline. It's semi-open-air, so you don't get direct sun. The food is typical hotel breakfast fare, with everything you'd expect. However, sitting there with coffee is absolutely delightful. Plus, many small birds stop by on the outdoor balcony. Service: The staff provided normal hotel services; they didn't push for tips, and all cleaning and tidying were done as expected. They also delivered luggage to the room. Very good overall.

Beyond Patong — Excellent stay right at Patong Beach We stayed at Beyond Patong for 5 nights and had a great experience overall. Location: 10/10 The hotel is right at Patong Beach. You step out and you’re basically on the sand. Being this close to the beach saved us so much time. There’s also a 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel, which was perfect for late night snacks, water, and essentials. Rooms: 10/10 The rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job daily. All the amenities you’d expect were there: AC, safe, TV, good WiFi, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and we slept well even with the beach nearby. The property itself is well maintained, from the lobby to the corridors. Facilities: 10/10 The highlight is the rooftop infinity pool. Great views of Patong and the Andaman Sea, especially at sunset. Pool area was clean and not too crowded. Staff & Service: 10/10 Staff was genuinely helpful. Check in was smooth, and they were quick with requests. You can tell the team is well trained. Overall If you want a clean, spacious, well maintained hotel steps from Patong Beach with a killer infinity pool and helpful staff, Beyond Patong is a solid choice. The 7-Eleven across the street is a bonus you’ll use more than you think. Would definitely stay again. Rating: 5/5

The room is comfortable overall, with a balcony and a shower with a strong water flow, which is particularly good. I describe it as a crazy shower, haha. The hygiene and cleaning are in place and clean. I think the breakfast category is not rich, and I hope it can be improved. Another thing is that the front desk staff is not very enthusiastic, and there are not many Chinese people. I didn't feel any discrimination, maybe compared with the previous hotel with Chinese courtesy. The front desk of the previous hotel was so enthusiastic that we kept tipping. There was no impulse to tip this time, but we were willing to tip the staff who accompanied us to the room and helped us to get to the room. They knew some Chinese. No one else we met knew Chinese. Since your hotel is now planning to do Chinese business, it is recommended to increase Chinese services. I saw in the previous comments that there is a free car to the beach, but we need to pay when we inquired at the front desk. It is convenient to use Grab to take a taxi. It costs 300 baht to take a tuk-tuk from Patong Night Market. For the room, swimming pool, and environment, I am willing to stay again, but I am not willing to stay again for the service. If you like a lively family trip, it is not recommended. If you like a quiet vacation, you can recommend staying with good English.

Coconut Village Resort is quite good in terms of both location and cleanliness. It's close to the beach. There's also a 7-Eleven store outside the hotel. Bangla Market is 1 km away. I'm a little disappointed with the management because I booked two rooms about a month and a half ago. I had two children with me, but they gave us separate rooms. According to the booking, they should have reserved the adjacent room for me.Rooms 110 and 113 are both in the same direction and a short walk down the stairs. I requested a room as well, but they said there were no rooms available. So it's the management's fault.

I've stayed at this hotel three times, and this time, overall, I still think it's good, even though the room assigned wasn't as good as before, and the sea view was quite obstructed by large trees. The first time I stayed was in 2018. Eight years later, the room's sanitary facilities are still very well-maintained; there's no sense of wear and tear. However, the hotel no longer gives out the complimentary hotel-exclusive teddy bear dolls. The club breakfast and afternoon tea were much worse than my previous two visits. The breakfast menu was missing many delicious items. The afternoon tea platter was disappointing; even though it wasn't repetitive over the three days, none of the food was good. The housekeeping, club restaurant, and buggy service staff were all excellent. The hotel has a private beach. Although it's not large, it's not crowded and is very quiet. It's also great for photos. The water in Patong Beach was much cleaner than when I visited in 2020. I heard it was due to the lack of tourists during the pandemic, which allowed for a thorough cleanup. Walking down the slope from the hotel, it's a 5-minute walk straight to Patong Beach. There's a 7-Eleven just 3 minutes away. If you walk straight for 3 minutes, then turn right and walk for another 10 minutes, you'll find a night market that starts setting up stalls in the afternoon. There's a lot of food, and it's cheaper than the Patong Night Market. A tuk-tuk from the hotel to Jungceylon costs 250 to 300 baht. After 8 PM, the price increases for the return trip. Without traffic, it takes about 8 minutes to get there, but during evening rush hour, it can take just under an hour. The hotel front desk didn't inform us that there's a free shuttle to Jungceylon at 1 PM and 7 PM. You need to book in advance, or it might be full. We only remembered this free shuttle service from previous stays on our third day and had to ask about it ourselves. This meant we paid for taxis back and forth for the first few days, so I'm deducting one star for this. The hotel has three swimming pools. I didn't visit the bottom two and only swam at the club pool. There's a popular photo spot in the hotel lobby, but even hotel guests have to buy a drink to take photos there. This is very unaccommodating. I've already paid to stay at the hotel, and I can't even take a picture without an extra charge. So, I'm deducting another star for this. The mini-bar in the club room is only replenished once. There isn't much good food or drink anyway, but only getting it once for a 3 or 5-day stay feels a bit stingy.

This is hands down one of the best-located hotels in all of Phuket. Perched at the northern end of Karon Beach, all the rooms are villas, spread out across the hillside, and each offers a full ocean view. The hotel has a private, easily accessible stone pathway leading directly to Karon Beach. It's not a difficult walk at all. The restaurant, situated on a cliff, boasts a first-class view and impeccable service. It truly exemplifies that traditional Thai smiling service that makes you feel right at home. You can enjoy your meal while gazing at the sea – no need to chase after those trendy Instagrammable restaurants, this hotel fulfills all your dining expectations. Of course, the villas with private pools are the absolute best. After a day of exploring and working up a sweat, you can return to your room, shed your clothes, and immediately jump into your own pool. The rooms are certainly spacious enough, the air conditioning is powerful, and with a private pool, private sun loungers, and a private courtyard, what more could you ask for? The service is 10,000% top-notch; every single staff member is incredibly friendly. Upon check-in, all you need to do is download an app to call for any service with a single tap, from room service to arranging a taxi – it's all managed seamlessly. Finally, a huge thank you to the front desk staff for helping me recover my lost ID. My sincere gratitude goes out to all the hotel staff.

Hotel location is strategic with the beach across the road and easy walking distance to Bangla Road and shopping malls. The room is spacious, clean and good pool view. However i can see the building is of a certain age and does need some kind of refurbishment. The breakfast spread is good with good selection of western and Indian type food but insufficient Thai varieties that I would expect since it is located in Thailand. Staff were generally courteous especially Lisa during check in and those at the Pot. However checking out was a little slow even at 10.15am as I am surprised all the 3 counters were receiving checked in guests. I would suggest that 1 counter should be set aside to handle checking out process.
