This is a boutique hotel in the United States, the room is not much, but it makes people shine. Warmly furnished, natural, comfortable, clean and convenient. It is indeed beyond my original imagination. The boss is a local Chinese, very gentle, hospitable, and occasionally invited me to play badminton next time. This price, this service, very satisfied, all five stars.

My family and I recently spent four nights at your hotel for some quality bonding time. Initially, I considered relocating due to the distance from downtown. However, during our stay, we found the location to be peaceful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and the spacious swimming pool. Our family had a fantastic stay, and my parents, in particular, expressed their desire to return again. Despite the distance from downtown, we appreciated the tranquility and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

We are a group of my family and a few friends and booked 3 cabins during this stay. They were perfect. Clean, quiet, and in the cutest little neighborhood layout. This is the second time I've stayed here and will most definitely atay again. The only issue noticed were ants starting to infest one of the buildings

Better than many luxury resorts. It's very clean, and all the room amenities are excellent. The in-house restaurant is no joke either—delicious, beautiful, and comfortable! What a pleasant surprise, especially for the price. I'm genuinely worried they might go out of business. This is a business that truly cares, and they deserve to succeed!

I got the King room with a view. The toom was nice and big and light, and had a good feel to it. Water and snacks were free. The room was also nice and clean. The location was ok. About 5 minutes drive from the border with Myanmar or 40 minutes walk. It was nice to wake up to the sound of birds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

This hotel is located a little ways from Mae Sai. It's inconvenient if you don't have a car, but if you do, it's a good idea to use it. I got the impression that many Thai people come for the restaurant, which is open until 10pm, and the pool. It perfectly captures the image of a resort in a place like this. There's an ATM at the entrance to the premises, and if you use the restaurant, you get a discount on the pool, which was surprising. So I extended my stay from my planned one night. Both the pool and restaurant are open until 10pm. When there are a lot of guests, guests can choose between a buffet breakfast, and when there are few guests, a plate breakfast. This time, if you stay on Friday, you get a buffet the next day, and if you stay on Saturday, you get a plate breakfast on Sunday morning.

Victory Hotel is good for family as it has a large swimming pool with a nice ambience. We requested a room on the ground floor, which is quite spacious and has a breakfast table for two. The beds were a little squeaky. We noticed quite a lot of ants in the room, and there was a small centipede in the bathroom. My advice is to bring insect repellent if you are going to stay in this hotel as there are mosquitoes too. The corridor was a little unkempt with dirty linens, brooms, and cleaning trolleys. There is ample parking space.

Located near Mae Sai immigration, it's convenient for sightseeing. The room is equipped with a TV and air conditioning, making it comfortable. However, be careful as there were many small ants on the towels and in the room. The front desk staff were friendly, guiding us to our room and chatting with us when we left.
