We recently stayed at Ben’s House Villa in Bangsaen and it was absolutely amazing! The house is spotless, cozy, and perfectly organized, making it feel like a home away from home. Mr. Ben is incredibly accommodating and spoiled us with his hospitality—he even volunteered to be our personal tour guide for the entire stay, showing us the best spots in Bangsaen and treating us to delicious meals outside. What truly sets Ben’s House apart is the little (and big) extras: the fridge is stocked with free Coke, ice cream, bottled water, snacks, and even brown rice—everything you could need is right there, no extra charge. Mr. Ben personally took care of me and my whole team, making sure we were comfortable and happy every day. His warmth and generosity made our trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay in Bangsaen with a host who goes above and beyond, Ben’s House Villa is hands down the best choice. I can’t recommend it enough!

This is my second time staying here. I love the privacy and atmosphere so much, and their bath bombs are amazing – highly recommend trying them! The price is mid-range but acceptable. Room service prices are typical for a hotel, though the taste wasn't exceptionally good. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's alright. It would be even better with more variety.

We can park car here and with a bath. BUT the water is not hot enough and also ac is not cool enough. The environment is clean and the people here is kindly. I will live here again if I need.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, staffs are friendly and the room itself was comfortable. However, there were several disappointments. The promotional photos are misleading—they give the impression that guests can walk directly from the room we booked to the beach. In reality, our room was on the second floor with no direct beach access. The balcony was not very clean, and the safety net installed across it significantly obstructed the ocean view. In addition, no iron or ironing board was provided in the room, which was inconvenient. Another concern was the swimming pool. 2 guests were using the pool without proper swimwear, and despite this being noticeable, the hotel staff did not appear to take any action. This affected the overall pool experience and gave the impression that the pool rules were not being enforced. Overall, the hotel has a great location, but there are several areas that need improvement. More accurate room photos, better balcony maintenance, essential in-room amenities, and consistent enforcement of pool rules would greatly enhance the guest experience. Thank you.

Compared to nearby hotels, this one is pretty great. I've stayed here three times now, and the rooms are always clean and tidy. The breakfast is really good, and they even have a gym, which makes it a fantastic option. Parking at the hotel is convenient, and the staff are quite welcoming.

They allow very noisy renovation in the building to start at 8 in the morning, ruining sleep. The are no proper blackout curtains. The light goes straight from the livingroom into the bedroom. This is so simple to fix... Everything else was decent. Near the beach is a big plus.

The hotel offers great value for money. The location is a bit inconvenient without a car, so driving is the best option. We stayed in a room for 3 people. The room isn't very spacious, but it's comfortable enough for sleeping. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. It was a little narrow as the door almost touched the toilet when opened, but the shower area itself was spacious enough. Shampoo, body wash, and shower caps were provided. Breakfast was simple, consisting of a wrap and a takeaway cup of coffee, but it was convenient and sufficient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable place to stay.

It is the best location you will ever find near beach. However, they put mattress directly on step floor (no bed) which make it super hard. I have backpain for the whole night and couldn't sleep at all. The slide at the pool has no guard at the end of the slide which is quite dangerous for a kid swimming around. My 5-year-old kid got crash by an adult sliding down ; no barricade or any signal to control the swimmer down the tip of the slide - the worst pool I have ever been.

the room is clean,okay,but at night,i don’t know what noise is loud,i was shocked to wake up several times,the entrance aunt is a bit dark,and the air conditioning sound is very loud.didn’t sleep well,the room smells musty.
