"I always choose to stay here when I go to concerts at Impact. I like it because it's right next to the BTS station and close to Central Chaengwattana shopping mall. There are also lots of food options nearby."
"The accommodation is close to the Impact Arena, which is convenient for commuting and dining. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The price is reasonable."
"Good value for money, convenient location.
Hotel is clean, simple and worth the price. Room is basic but comfortable, suitable for short stays. No breakfast provided, but that’s not an issue because there is a 7-Eleven right next door, along with a Thai noodle shop and a local rice restaurant nearby.
Nice small touch: free hot chocolate available in the morning until 10AM.
Overall, a good budget hotel if you just need a clean and convenient place to stay."
"Accommodation near the Pink Line Skytrain station at Sriratch, convenient for traveling to concerts, safe, with a 7-Eleven located right at the entrance of the accommodation. I will definitely come back to stay here again next time."
"Walking distance to Thunder Dome which is really very convenient for us as we had events there for both days. Love that there is fridge in the room which we can get cold drinks immediately with such a hot weather in Bangkok."
"This hotel is close to impact arena and serves its purpose. Price to experience is fairly good. The midnight receptionist was helpful in solving my leaked AC. Fyi the hotel doesn't have elevator, comprised of 4 floors."
"I found this accommodation very good in terms of location, cleanness, friendly and helpful reception, local food market just downstairs, reasonable room fee, and many others features.
Thank you for the accommodation and surely will return."
"This hotel is perfect for families! We usually come to Chonprathan Hospital for doctor's appointments, and it's very close to the hospital. The traffic isn't too bad, the hotel is good, there's plenty of parking, the service is excellent, and it's very clean."
"everything is good, but didn't provide hair dryer, need to bring by your own. And when I check in, I didn't receive a clearly message like which floor that I should go, just give me the access key and say nothing 😂 Luckily, I had stayed in hotels before, so I roughly knew which floor the corresponding number corresponded to. 😂 But maybe I check in at 9pm? Reception aren't quite clear on the process? I don't know, but for my is everything OK, no problem"
"I chose this hotel specifically for a concert, after comparing its proximity to the venue. Although it's a bit far from Suvarnabhumi Airport, about an hour's drive, the room itself was pretty good. They even provided two complimentary bottles of water daily, and breakfast was decent. The biggest advantage, however, is its incredible closeness to Impact Arena. I could easily walk to the concert, getting to the venue very quickly."

Amazing
HHarutoMThe staff were very kind and polite to me who can't speak Thai. The rooms are clean and equipped with amenities, so you can live without any inconvenience. You can also watch YouTube on TV. There is a 7-Eleven next door, which is also convenient for shopping.
째째이의 스탬프로그It is a stilt house on Koh Kret Island!
Honestly, I doubt anyone expects cleanliness when booking this accommodation, right...? It is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some leisure time surrounded by the sound of the river, birds, and cute cats.
I really wanted to visit this place, so I changed my flight dates to go, and I have absolutely no regrets!
I highly recommend this place, especially to those who love romance!
The view of the river from the room, and the interior decor touched by the owner's hand... everything is just wonderful..
If I get the chance, I definitely want to go back.
The breakfast served in the morning is also delicious!
The owner is also incredibly kind.
AAnonymous UserThe room was fantastic! As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by a lovely scent. The air conditioning was perfectly cool, and the amenities were complete. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Most importantly, the location was excellent – close to many food options and super convenient for getting to concerts. It's really close to Thammasat University (Rangsit Campus). I was very impressed! If I get a chance to go to another concert at Thammasat or Impact Arena, I will definitely stay here again. 💖
AAnonymous UserEvery staff member provided excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for travelers looking for a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay. My only issue was the noise. If you're seeking peace and quiet, I wouldn't highly recommend it because there are many restaurants and bars nearby playing music. The walls are also quite thin, so you can hear noise if there are guests in the adjacent rooms.
The facilities are quite comprehensive. There's complimentary tea and coffee available as a welcome drink, and you can make it anytime. Frozen food, snacks, and drinks are also available for purchase at the lobby.
GGuest UserGreat for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it.
Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too.
There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go.
You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.)
The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.
GGuest UserThe place is very near Impact Arena, so it is very convenient to concert goers. It was a nice stay. The room is cleaned, the owner is kind and there are many food stalls outside. It is also walking distance to the Outlet, so you can go shopping during the day and enjoy the night market during the night. And most of all, I enjoyed One Ok Rock concert..haha
OOld Tired TravelerThis hotel is off the tourist area, North of Bangkok. Clean and comfortable room. I stayed in 2 different room one floor apart. The second room did NOT have any outlets at the bed area to plug in a phone. Breakfast is usually same fare each day and one Thai variation each day. It is a buffet style and very much worth it when booking your room. Toiletries and water supplied every day. Parking can get full when hotel is fully booked but there is usually overflow parking in the area.
Good choices to eat in the area, ESPECIALLY FOR DINNER up to about 9 PM. Then you are out of luck.
AAnonymous UserThe bathroom was strange; the shower was above the toilet, and it was very cramped. The hotel owner was very rude and irritable all the time. Even when I asked polite questions, they were still annoyed. Breakfast only consisted of rice porridge, boiled eggs, bread with jam, and fruit punch. I stayed for several nights, and that's really all the food they offered. They should consider changing the menu a bit.
SsnailsongI was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the public areas are clean and odor-free. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. The service was attentive throughout, with attention to detail evident. It's a great choice for both travelers and those looking for a temporary stay.
HHIRO爺Perfect for nature lovers, there are squirrels, birds, fish swimming, and you can relax by bathing in the forest. However, there are few shops in the area and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest 7-Eleven. It may not be a problem for those traveling by car or motorbike, but it is a little far from the town and inconvenient.
