"This hotel is a bit depressing and sure needs a lot of renovations. You will notice the moment you get to the reception. Nevertheless, the location is great (10 min walk from the center) and once we got to the room, the feeling is better. If you don't smoke, make sure to ask for a non smoking room. Decent cleanliness as well. It is what is it: an Ibis that becomes just a place to sleep. The staff barely speaks any English."

"There is a parking nearby to the accommodation. You stay there free (the hotel gives you an entry/exit ticket) the car car car car car car is taken by the car car. The hotel is on the street of the Games museum. After setting up, the market copper are at the distance of walking to the castle. I stayed in the best room of the hotel at 103. The difference is that the room is a big balcony. Thanks."

"It is a really very successful hotel in terms of price-performance. You can easily reach the main tourist destinations of Gaziantep, with a very central location. The staff are very kind, lazy and always ready to help. Also, free tea, coffee and biscuits are provided all day, and this is a nice detail. "The hotel is 2 Stars, and I was aware about that from the beginning, therefore I didn't try to evaluate the hotel against higher levels. Nevertheless, the hotel is very reasonable for the price paid, the staff are very friendly. Location wise, the hotel is in the centre of the city, easy accessible everywhere by foot, anything you want is just few minutes walk away. I believe the layout of the room could be improved by just moving the furniture around, therefore the guest would have more spacious areas, and my only taking against the hotel is that it is dated, all what is needed is just new wall painting and sanding the wooden floor. On the other hand, the bathroom is newly renovated and very reasonable."

"It is an excellent starting location for city walks, at the same time it is very quiet at night and you can sleep well. Breakfast is typically Turkish, (not continental!), very delicious and freshly prepared for you. The staff helps in all possible situations, is very friendly and takes you as a guest absolutely - the Turkish hospitality by itself. My room above as well as the bathroom were very large and beautifully rustic furnished. I recommend this hotel with good conscience! Thank you very much! See you! Anna"

Ttravelholic_k大きな通りから少し離れていて静かな環境です。
オトガルや美術館へ行くバスが停まるバス停も徒歩10分以内で便利な場所でした。
お部屋もクラシックな雰囲気がよく、それでいて水回りやエアコンはしっかりしているので、とても快適に過ごせました。中庭で朝食摂ったり寛いだりできるのもとてもよかったです。
そして、スタッフのみなさんのおもてなしが温かく、本当に去り難いホテルでした。
またガズィアンテップに来るときにはぜひ泊まりたいです。

AAnettaAWe absolutely loved Yılmazhan Konağı!!!!. The best part of it are people who are running it: very welcoming and helpful. The place itself is beautiful—every detail feels thoughtful and cozy.
Breakfast was perfect: fresh, delicious, and more than enough to start the day right.
The location is very good—quiet and private, yet walking distance to everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend it!

SSenaFDate of Stay: May 17 / Green Park Hotel Gaziantep
My friends and I (4 people) wanted to stay for just one night and start the day with a nice breakfast, but what we experienced disappointed us a lot. We specifically asked the reception several times; we clearly confirmed what time breakfast started, when it ended and when it was removed. However, when we went downstairs at around 12 in the morning, we saw that all the food had been removed. We informed the waiters and managers about the situation, thankfully they prepared the table again, but we had to wait 45 minutes.
Although the prepared table looked full of many products, it was nothing more than visual. The bread was stale and of poor quality; it gave the impression that it had been collected from the garbage. In addition, the hotel lights were turned off during the meal service and were not turned back on until we requested it. It is unacceptable for the morning to be this restless.
The most interesting part is that the reason for the early removal was ”the general manager will arrive”. The manager's arrival should not reflect so badly on the customer. In addition, when we wanted to get clear information about the Turkish bath and massage services, we received contradictory answers on the phone, and there was an indirect direction not to go.
Even shower gel was missing. It is also thought-provoking that the service is so low in relation to the price given. We were only going to stay one night and leave, but the fact that there were so many problems made us say ”I wish we had chosen another hotel”.
It is sad to have this experience from a hotel like Green Park. We hope that this comment will be taken into consideration and similar grievances will not occur to other customers. We expect the hotel to make a gesture to compensate for what we experienced.

GGuest UserRoom was little small but really good. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the top floor and we have a place to stay and enjoy the city view. Breakfast was good enough. Only downside was, location was little bit harder to find but they have aggrement with a parking lot so we parked the car and walked about 3 minutes.

HH. SelviThe hotel was generally adequate, but in my opinion, not worth 4 stars. The breakfast was fine in terms of quantity, but really lacked flavor. Especially in a city like Antep, which is known for its delicious cuisine, I had expected more from this.
The hotel itself looks outdated and is clearly in need of renovation. Although the bedding and towels were clean and I did not see any visible stains or dirt, there is definitely a backlog of maintenance.
All in all, an acceptable stay, but there is certainly room for improvement, especially considering its classification as a four-star hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel was completely renovated. The cleaning, breakfast and staff support were great. Because it is in the centre, you can walk to tourist points. If there is access at early and late entries, guests are flexible. Price service balance is very good.
