"I enjoyed my stay here, but for me, if you have big luggage, this is not an ideal place to stay. It’s hard to open your luggage in the room because it’s too small. I think this accommodation is better for interstate trips or if you’re trying to save money—you can still manage though. I also thought all floors had a hair dryer, especially the women’s floor where I stayed, but there wasn’t any. The rest was okay. Just be prepared that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage upstairs."

"The hotel is located near Wall Street and the Charging Bull, making its location absolutely fantastic. It's also really close to the Statue of Liberty ferry, surrounded by many popular photo ops. The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and they even helped us get a room with a great view."

The bathrooms are clean, and with only six rooms per floor, it feels very private and never crowded. The elevators are fast, and the lobby offers complimentary hot water and coffee in generously sized cups. While the breakfast is high quality and diverse, the menu can be repetitive for longer stays, and seating may be limited during peak hours. However, a major drawback is the lack of an in-room safe, which might be inconvenient if you are traveling with many valuables."

Nestled at the corner of Wall and Water Streets, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—just steps from the New York Stock Exchange, a 5-minute walk to the Wall Street subway station, and within easy reach of attractions like the 9/11 Memorial, South Street Seaport, and Brooklyn Bridge, which were all engaging for our curious little one. We booked a standard room with two queen beds, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for our small family of three. The room was impeccably clean, featuring modern decor that blends classic charm with contemporary style, hardwood floors, and large noise-canceling windows that kept the busy city sounds at bay—a lifesaver for our son, who needs a quiet space to rest after long days of sightseeing. The plush bedding ensured we all slept soundly, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water, small touches that made our stay more convenient. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, even in the heart of the bustling Financial District. The staff was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive—they greeted our son by name after the first day and went out of their way to make him feel welcome. The 24-hour fitness center allowed my wife and I to squeeze in a quick workout while our son napped, and the concierge was extremely helpful—recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at popular attractions like the One World Observatory, where we even got a 25% discount card through the hotel. We also loved exploring the surrounding neighborhood on foot, with cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and the charming Tin Building just a short walk away. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street was fantastic. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable and quiet rooms, thoughtful amenities, and warm, family-focused service made our New York City trip unforgettable. It’s the perfect choice for families traveling with young children who want to be in the heart of the action while still having a peaceful place to retreat. "We had a lovely stay. The hotel is a few min walk from the metro, and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. The room had beautiful artwork and although it was a bit small, we had plenty of space for two."

"Fenomenal location close to everything + subway Just be aware that there is the Roof Top Bar with Lou music friday-saturday until 4AM (18th floor) we could hear it a little bit from 9th floor so closer floors might have suffered it a little more...or they maybe joined the party??!!! Needs to be 21 to get in. Saturday Sundays entry is admitted to everyone as they offer Brunch Service there. The grab&go thing is great for breakfast and also if you want to grab something to eat during long days visiting the city. Also ask for free water if needed!!! The 10 dollars to spend every day per room is also good as you can use them to get some extra food or coffee or beer or discount when using the hotel bar/restaurants/club facilities. In brief, very good place to stay in New York"

"The location is quite good, and the front desk staff are nice. However, there seems to be a shortage of staff. If they need to go to a different floor to handle other matters, you might have to wait a bit longer."

"This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York."

The bathroom was well-maintained, with a stable hot water supply and a good range of toiletries. The hotel's public areas are also very pleasant, looking quite new and featuring a stylish design. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was sufficient and tasted good. I encountered a couple of minor issues during my stay, but the staff were quick to respond and very proactive in resolving them, which left a positive impression. All in all, it offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. If I return to this city, I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends."
