"We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent. It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen! From our room, we could see the neighboring tower apartment building and the beach."

"Superb facilities and location. Rooms exceptional and housekeeping staff great! A workforce (and teams) of two halves - some friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive of guests - equally felt as if some staff were working harder than others and a lot of ‘standing around’ by the work shy crew members pretending to be busy doing very little. Could be an amazing experience if service (and staff training) was consistent."

"A very beautiful, stylish hotel. The cleaning is excellent. The beach is beautiful. The service on the beach is amazing. The food at the bar was fantastic. We had a room with a city view, but unfortunately, it was a side view of the wall of the neighboring building, but that didn't ruin our stay. The hotel takes a $400 deposit, which is not stated anywhere, and it was returned upon check-out. We also had an unpleasant experience when drinks at the bar were charged to our room, but we had photos on our phone indicating the time when it happened, and we weren't at the hotel at the time. The hotel debited the amount without our knowledge, but after we contacted them, they refunded the money. I hope this is an occasional issue, but I can't lower my rating. The hotel is truly very good."

"the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back it was around 9:45am and they were cleaning out our room and felt like we were getting pushed out. i wasn't happy about it at all. the pictures they have of the hotel isn't their hotel it's the hotel next door."

"First hotel room we were given was dirty. Once we spoke to front desk they were accommodating and moved us to a junior suite. Only issue was one elevator was down so would have to wait 10 minutes for an elevator."

"Pool area was lovely. Beach was nice but the guys did not set up chairs/ umbrellas until almost 10 when morning can be loveliest time. Umbrellas $22 a day. Parking $44 a day plus valet tips. Ordered a “house cab” at the pool bar and was charged $20 which did not include 20% tip nor service charge, coffee in the morning pricey and usually entailed waiting in a long line so incidentals added up very very quickly costing more than the original room bill though we went off site for most of the time for meals. Food there was good. There is construction in the front of the hotel which makes it problematic every time you drive out or back. One way traffic creeps along requiring you to come in, pass the hotel, attempt a u-turn several blocks down and creep back slowly in a perpetual traffic jam to arrive at the front of the hotel. Room was immaculate and well tended though stairwells a bit trashy. Loved the music there on the weekends, excellent food and lovely pool tho. Staff very accommodating too. Those made it a real escape from reality."

"While the hotel location is good, the hotel leaves much to be desired. First, we were assigned a king bed room overlooking the street with a balcony.  However on our second day we were made to change rooms to a queen with no balcony.  The staff messed up the reservation.  Second there was no buffet breakfast.  Third, there was no mention anywhere before booking about the daily resort fee of $45. I would not choose to stay at the Savoy Hotel again or recommend it to friends.  For the prices charged there should be a buffet breakfast and the statf should know how to handle a reservation"

"It doesn't offer anything other than a clean room with a good bed. But without any charm. There is no room service. Old and poorly maintained swimming pool. Location ok. Valet parking very expensive. 44 dollars. No justification for that. Anyway. Not worth it."

"The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. The price is a little expensive, but maybe it's because of the school spring break in the United States. The overall stay experience is very good 😌"
