"The room was nice as well as the staff. Housekeeping was also nice. The only problems I had were with the bathrooms we had. My friend and I smelled something I believe was coming from the toilet and I believe it was sewage. The bathtub faucet also had something going on cause the water  looked murky and had rust or something coming after a few minutes so I drained it and settled with the shower instead. Finally, the water on the fifth floor was a little cloudy. There’s also no Cartoon Network on the tv until further notice. Other than that the hotel is pretty good my friend and I liked it. Would go again if it’s a different room and all."

"Located next to the metro line J, 20mins to manhattan downtown. The neighborhood feels a bit chaotic. There’s a bar on the ground floor and it gets noisy at nights. The room is not soundproof as I could hear clearly the tv program played in my neighbor’s room. Other than that, it’s a decent place to stay for budget solo travelers. Rooms are cleaned by default on a daily basis (as my main travel destination is Europe, where it would typically require an explicit indication if daily cleaning is needed.) The receptionist Raj was very nice and gave me a voucher for two drinks as a welcome gift."

"The room size is ok and there is no pressure to open the big suitcase The decoration is very new, relatively modern style, there is a very comfortable lounge chair, the hygiene is also very good, the front desk has a warm attitude, and the special price is very cost-effective It's a minute or two walk from the subway station. It's very convenient to buy a weekly pass, but there is no elevator in that subway station and it's not very friendly to suitcases. There is a supermarket nearby and there are no security incidents."

"This hotel is super close to LaGuardia Airport, and they have a free shuttle that gets you there in about 15 minutes. The facilities inside the hotel are really nice and new, and the free breakfast is delicious!"

I was concerned for our safety when walking from the transition to the hotel during the day and night - especially at night. Based solely on the location I wouldn't say it was family friendly."

"This place was really good. The property was clean. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Parking is hard to find so dont leave after 9PM other wise you will have to park outside, which is not as secure."

"The location in brooklyn has delis nearby so it is easy to find something to eat. Breakfast was included but very basic..it was nice to have it included though. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was nice having a balcony to smoke."
