"Overall it's okay, it's more like a B&B, and it's a relatively cheap hotel in South Beach. We have all the necessary infrastructure, and don’t expect anything extra. It's a seven or eight-minute walk from the beach, and there are restaurants, dessert shops, and pharmacies along the way. Maybe we come here to avoid the cold in winter. It was packed with people. We arrived at night and couldn't even think of adding an extra blanket. The service attitude is very good, but the level needs to be improved. It took several people to find the building where we live. The entire South Beach in Miami is just a resort base, with basically no residents, and the newly built buildings are also hotels. If you are financially well-off, it will be much more comfortable to stay in a high-end hotel. If you don’t have enough financial resources, Sarasota’s B&Bs are relatively cheap and are much closer to the beach. You can go there with just your slippers. The white sand beach is also very beautiful and comfortable. If you go directly to Mexico to enjoy the exotic scenery, you can spend less money and enjoy it more comfortably."

"the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back it was around 9:45am and they were cleaning out our room and felt like we were getting pushed out. i wasn't happy about it at all. the pictures they have of the hotel isn't their hotel it's the hotel next door."

"The room was a bit small, but definitely functional, and the bed was big enough. The hotel's location is great, right at one end of Lincoln Road, making it super convenient for shopping. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach. All the in-room facilities can be controlled by an iPad, and they seem quite new. The hotel environment is also very pleasant. I slept really well, and the soundproofing is pretty decent by American standards. It offers good value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"Overall pretty decent hotel in a great location. For the price, you get what you pay for, the room was in decent condition. The entrance definitely should be more visible as it was hard to find the place… Parking was not ideal as they suggest you park in a paid parking lot $40 a day that’s a 6 min walk from the actual hotel. The rooms were very pretty though and clean, and the service was friendly! Only complaint really is the lack of counter/storage in the ADA king bed room… there is a single sink that you would find in a powder room, with no counter or cabinets. Wasn’t too expensive especially given the close location, so would come back to this hotel. Also, I would say that I wouldn’t visit if you’re looking for a quieter stay as the walls are pretty thin and there were definitely some rowdy late night guests. Thats many places in SoBe though, so was expecting as much."

"Overall the hotel is nice and friendly staff when checking in. Other staff didn’t talk to us the entire time or smile which is whatever. We booked a king bedroom and got a double which was unfortunate. The room itself was dirty. Hair on the bed, black spots everywhere and the floors seemed to not be cleaned in a while. The furniture was dirty and the corners of the bed was destroyed. The halls smelt like ****, the walls are very thin, could hear music from the room next to us for all hours of the night. We only stayed one night, wouldn’t stay longer than that. Close to the beach and other areas. They don’t have a spot on the beach for chairs or umbrellas."

"Close to the beach, the area for breakfast is on the first floor of the hotel. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the first floor. There are apples and drinks in the reception area. The room is slightly smaller, especially the double room. The layout is a bit cramped. It is really close to the beach. It is a morning. The scenery is beautiful and not hot"

"Breakfast was very limited, just bread and coffee, with no other options. The room was small but relatively clean. There were hardly any dining places nearby. I wouldn't recommend staying here."
