I checked in late, around 2 a.m. The receptionist was very helpful. I liked the room because it had two queen beds. The room was very comfortable with a view of the city. The location is strategic. I will definitely return to this hotel again...

First, there were two obvious stains on the quilt, which was a bit scared when I wanted to lie down. The carpet in the room was obviously not cleaned and there was a lot of light dust and garbage because of the dark blue background.
Secondly, there is no bottled water in the room. The whole hotel does not have a water dispenser to fill the water. The only source of drinking water is a vending machine. Because the hotel is quite close to the main road, the sound of traffic passing by on the road will be particularly easy to pass to the room.
The counter staff was very polite and very careful when assisting with luggage storage after check-out. In addition to the stains on the quilt of the Kangkang wall, other places are relatively clean.

Great location right in the city center, and right across from Reading Terminal Market, which has tons of food and fresh produce. The service was efficient; even with a conference happening, check-in wasn't a long wait. The facilities are well-maintained and don't look old, and the cleanliness was excellent. Overall, it's a great choice for a business trip or vacation in Philadelphia.

The location is about two blocks from the city center, which is quite convenient, but there are limited dining options nearby; you have to go to the city center for more choices. The room is very spacious and well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, washing machine, and dryer, making it suitable for long stays or self-catering. The public facilities are on the top floor and, though I didn't need to use them much, they seemed complete and clean. The room decor is simple with a bit of an industrial style, primarily featuring concrete and white walls, emphasizing simplicity and convenience. Overall, everything was pretty good, but one major point was that the room wasn't cleaned at all during my 5-day stay. The hotel should provide some guidance upon check-in or in the room regarding cleaning services and trash disposal instructions, either for guests to handle themselves or for paid services. When I asked the front desk for cleaning, I was told they usually clean only once every three days, but in reality, it wasn't cleaned once during my entire 5-day stay. The accumulating trash, in particular, was a problem as I didn't know how to dispose of it. This was a bit of a letdown compared to my usual business hotel stays. If guests are expected to clean up their own trash, clear instructions are definitely needed to avoid confusion and the feeling of a lack of service.

Room is big, even has a sofa inside. The big elevator (in the left) had dirty floor and wall, and had loud sneaky sound when when its door open/ close. Carpet in the hallway at 11th floor looks very old. Bathroom floor is ceramic tiles and felt very cold, but the hotel didn't provide slippers. Breakfast was ok, with choices of waffle, sausage, egg, omelette, breads, cakes, oatmeals, apples/ oranges

The hotel is located in the lively area around the Chinese district of Philadelphia, but parking needs to be charged separately, and the price is not low. This needs to be noted. The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are very new, and the breakfast is not bad. In short, the price-performance ratio is good.

Although the room is small, the sanitary environment is good, the facilities are relatively complete, and the service is the same as that of American hotels. Philadelphia hotels are generally expensive, and this hotel is considered to be cost-effective

Very Good
陳陳添源The service was incredibly friendly and responsive; they really went above and beyond, almost like guardian angels. The facilities were very clean too. The only downside was how noisy the bathroom exhaust fan was – it was quite loud inside the bathroom, though I couldn't really hear it from the bed. The location is great, right next to a bridge and pier with lovely views, and it's super convenient for getting to attractions in the old town.
HHaoxianghaoxiangnvxiaThe location is very good, right in the university town, within a ten-minute walk to the center of the university campus. It takes seven or eight minutes to drive to the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
The front desk is very polite, the room is a little old, and the elevator is a bit troublesome.
There is free parking, easy to get in and out, and easy to park. There is a Cantonese restaurant in the lobby, which is not expensive and tastes authentic.
Rred8meThe room is incredibly spacious, with a storage room, a dressing room, a washroom, a kitchen, and a bedroom! It's perfect for those traveling with family. All the main attractions are within walking distance! Highly recommend 👍
Bbl4862Hotel in downtown Philadelphia although located tucked near an expressway. Around a 10 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square. Just like many Sheraton hotels however, the hotel is a bit outdated which can be seen through the carpet and the bathroom however, cleanliness is decent. Spacious room. Housekeeping not very proactive, did not come for one day or came at 6pm. However, front desk was responsive and get that situation amended quickly. Not a bad stay for a decently price 3 star hotel in Philadelphia.
风风中诺Ctrip set, go to booking. The front desk is very convenient, it is not clear where my name is. The breakfast was quite good, the eggs and the fruit were very good. The streets are relatively clean, I am easy to turn, I have to rely on navigation😂
GGuest UserWe inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, ”it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm.” We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that ”because you're third party.....” Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were ”third party.” I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were ”third party.” Well, the ”guaranteed” time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were ”third party” and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were ”third party”, apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location, convenient transportation, quiet environment, complete hotel facilities, rich breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, suitable for business travel, I will come again next time!
JJulie LevineThe hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.
GGuest UserI booked a high-rise room, which was very quiet but a bit expensive. I was very dissatisfied that the hotel charged me for three nights' parking after booking two nights.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Chinatown of Philadelphia, close to the city hall of Philadelphia and the city hall. You can get to Penn by subway. Unfortunately, in a hurry, I didn't have a good meal in Philadelphia Chinatown.
