Hotels near Navy Seal Monument, Virginia Beach

My daughters favorite hotel on the beach - and the extra amenities for families allows me to work from the hotel if necessary - while my munchkin still has fun.. she loves the kids club even at 10 y/o and the private mini movie theater because she can go ”by herself” since I am only a few feet away. The indoor lazy river pool is a huge hit - and clean and maintained. The outdoor pool is BEACHFRONT..almost in the sand its so well located.The few times we have stayed there the staff was always above and beyond helpful. Downfalls - The A/C units could use an upgrade and the breakfast spot needs some decor upgrades but the food is REAL (not ”pretend scrambled eggs” ) and well prepared and service is good. I wouldn't consider it a ”Luxury” hotel and the seasonal prices are equal to the fancy competitors but I guess that depends on how you define luxury - my daughter would choose this hotel over the new Hilton without question.

The hotel was amazing. Clean, location, customer service was great! Everything about this reservation was great! I would definitely comeback here for my next stay in Va beach. Keep up the cleanliness and great customer service, I know you will have many more happy customers.

I came down for a quick getaway with my significant other and furry child. The hotel was better than expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was kept clean and new looking. The free breakfast was decent. Pet friendly. I would stay there again.

Unlike Sheraton, it is incomparable with domestic hotels. The five-star service rating is given to Ctrip Butler Jordan for his timely service and serious solution attitude. grateful!

Reception was friendly and gave direct, specific instructions. We were given a room on the ground floor, which was clean and bright, with no cigarette smell or ********. The bathroom was well-organized and well-arranged, with a shower, toilet, and sink. There were storage areas in the bathroom and a sleeping area. Only stayed for one night, so no specific information about the service.

The hotel staff were really nice and helpful! Our room was very nice. The breakfast was very good, I just wish they had bacon and/or sausage links/patties.

Elevator was broken so it took a very long time to get wherever you needed to go within the hotel. Food in hotel was good enough to eat if you don’t want to leave. & the location is perfect if you want the mix of the calm and l beach shopping. And a few blocks up there’s plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Great place for families to visit and couples.

Very good value hotel, close to the sea, the hotel location is very good. Hotel facilities and in-room refrigerators and microwaves are complete. Not convenient without breakfast, only a blanket feels thin, the hotel is super non-soundproof

I arrived an hour and a half before check in and my room wasn't ready yet. I was told I would have to come back. I was not given access to the parking garage so I had to pay to park my car to wait the hour and a half. When my room was ready I had to wait in the car line for 45 minutes just to check in because they were so backed up. When I checked in I was handed 2 room keys and nothing else. I assumed there would be a welcome packet in the room but there was nothing. When the other half of my party arrived they also had to wait in the car line for 45 minutes. The pools were dirty and had face masks floating in them. The first night the AC did not work and it was 80 degrees in the room. I approached the front desk at 9am one morning and requested housekeeping bring new towels and toilet paper to the room because we were out, I also asked if they could take the old towels and garbage which was neatly piled up in 1 location for removal. I was told you had to request this service 24 hours in advance but that they would bring new towels and toilet paper up. I returned at 6pm to find there was no towels or toilet paper in the room. When I called the front desk I was once again told that I had to request these items 24 hours in advance but that they would send someone up anyway. I had 4 people staying in the room and they brought 2 towels so had to make another trip to get me 2 more. When I checked out there was only 1 vallet working so I had to wait over an hour just to leave. There were 2 lines of cars stacked up and the poor kid was working his butt off but could only do so much. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.
