"The room was massive, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped, including a full kitchen and a washer-dryer, which made our stay super convenient. Service was quick and attentive. The location is decent, close to the beach, pier, and a park, with all the essential amenities nearby, and it's also very close to the subway station. The only downside is the parking fee, which is a steep $65 per night. It's a great choice for an extended stay or if you prefer a more home-like experience."

"Terrible hotel , sleepless nights !!! all hotel rooms equipped with very laud noisy heating system without switch off function. I complained first room and staff was very polite and offered different room and ear plugs, unfortunately didn't work. I was slipping 2 nights there with ear plugs but still hearing the noise from heater. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect normal sleep."

"The room is very big, and the bed is wide. It is said that it can accommodate three to four people. I originally booked a twin room for my son to stay with me. The hygiene is also OK. There is a supermarket across the street for convenient living. However, I found that the room was not cleaned on the second day. It doesn't matter if I live alone. The room is not messy. However, the drinking water was not replenished. Two fist-sized bottles of water were given on the first day. I returned to the hotel at around 9 o'clock on the second night and found that there was no water. I wanted to go to the supermarket to buy some, but it was closed. There is a small bar on the first floor of the hotel that sells all drinks but no water. I left something behind when I left the hotel. I called and they asked the housekeeping department to contact me, but there was no news. I didn't remember it until I left DC. In general, there is still a lot of room for improvement in all aspects of service."

"We stayed at this hotel for four days and I found it very convenient. The number 36 bus right outside the door made getting around a breeze. I really enjoyed Washington, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!"

"Coming off an underwhelming hotel in NYC, my girlfriend and I plus our friend were both pleasantly surprised with this place. The service was really the stand out, all of the staff were exceptionally friendly, happy and helpful. The room is small but extremely clean and modern. The location is also excellent, a short 2 minute walk to L’Enfant Metro station or about 7 minutes to walk to the Mall. Really a wonderful stay."

"It was the best. I never felt uncomfortable during my 7-day stay. The staff was really friendly and answered my questions right away during the check-in/check-out process and during regular times. Also, the breakfast provided to guests was great, and it was nice that I could use the breakfast area even when it wasn't breakfast time. The gym was also well-maintained! The location is right in front of Navy Yard Station, and there are restaurants, marts, and cafes nearby. I want to visit again! Thank you!"

"Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!"

"The toilets are relatively small and the hotel is very new. You must ask for water from the front desk and you need to take a taxi to the city center. But the price is right and close to the airport."

"First off, I need to say that I stayed for quite a while, and I really regret it. I should have booked for just one day and then extended my stay as needed. This hotel has a strict no early checkout policy; if you leave early, they still charge you for the full booked duration. Why do I regret it? Here are a few points I wasn't happy with: (1) The room was too small. I booked a 'Super King Room,' which implies it's suitable for two people, but upon checking in, I realized it simply had a super king-sized bed, not a large room. On the contrary, the room was tiny; it would be okay for one person at best. The width of the room was equivalent to the length of a single mattress, and its length was about 3.2 to 3.3 times the width of a mattress (around 1.8m each, I'd guess). (2) The hotel only offers this one room type, so there's no option to upgrade. (3) The air quality in the room was poor. Because the room was small and had no windows, it relied entirely on the air conditioning for ventilation. After leaving in the morning and returning at night, there was still that old-fashioned train smell. This is why we left early in the morning and came back late at night – we simply didn't want to spend time in the room. Just to clarify, pictures 2 and 3 show the actual situation with the bathroom door open. So, if you're someone who's out all day and only comes back to sleep, if you're traveling solo, and if it's for a short stay of just a day or two, then this hotel might be acceptable."

"It is an older hotel with good service, but the facilities are old and the air conditioner in the corridor is very low. I turned off the air conditioner in the room in July, and the air-conditioning came in through the crack of the door, and it was a bit cold"
