The sound insulation effect of the room is not very good. You can hear the sound of watching TV next door. Although breakfast is simple, it is filling. WWander_GirlThis Hotel is near to Niagara Falls, can easily walk and very convenient to watch Night fireworks. In Morning can visit Rides. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was free and had lot of spots. Complimentary Breakfast was good and had many options. Vegetarian menu was less just bread and butter. But overall it’s convenient place to stay near Niagara Falls.

GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights and did not set the do not disturb function, but the room was not cleaned. The service attitude of the restaurant was very poor, probably because we are Chinese. My daughter speaks very good English, but she basically ignored me. I booked a room for two days, and on the second day I went to the restaurant and was told that we only had breakfast for one day. I went to the front desk to find it again, and it was only then that I could get it. This is also a five-star hotel. In a word, it is a pain to stay in a hotel abroad, and Ctrip has no advantages abroad.
