"The room is large. There is a microwave and refrigerator. It is an advantage. Others are very good. It is very convenient to take a car near the city center. Very good experience. I like the location. Everything else is OK. There is a free shuttle bus to the attractions. It is very convenient."
"I recommend this hotel. Amazing breakfast, small pool ( really good for kids ) polite staff, coffee machine on the first floor with a good coffee, tea ( green and black), hot cocoa. Clean rooms."
"GM is very nice
The bouquet of warm sunshine when I woke up in the morning was given by the lobby manager.
He was very polite in setting up breakfast, teaching him how to make it, and passing out tissues..."
"What a pleasure! Staff is the absolute best!! Room was clean and had everything we need! Location is fantastic with all shops close and highway near by! Pool was clean and beautiful. Will definitely be back!!"
"GPS told us to turn into 66Th st, but the main entrance is off 65th, there is an overflow parking off 66th.
it was a nice place, the breakfast area is kinda small, a TV would have been nice, not a spot to lounge in. there were no snack or soda machines, just an ice machine! outdoor sitting area was small near the main entrance.
It is a short drive from the Falls area attractions, and plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The only walking distance store is a 7-11 near by."
"This time I came to Niagara Falls to play, I chose the Holiday Inn Express Niagara Falls. The experience is quite good. The location is close to the waterfall. It is very convenient to travel. The room is spacious, the facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, the rest is very good, the breakfast is rich in variety, and it can meet the taste needs of different people. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out were very fast, the hotel also provided free parking, there was no pressure to travel by car, and I will choose this one next time I come here.
This time when I visited Niagara Falls, I chose the Holiday Inn Express Niagara Falls Grand Island. The experience was quite good. The hotel is close to the waterfall and it's very convenient to get around. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good rest. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and could meet the taste demands of different people. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both very fast. The hotel also offers free parking, so there was no pressure when traveling by car. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come here next time."
"Facilities: Complete
Hygiene: clean
Environment: Comfortable
Service: Thoughtful
The hotel is fully equipped, clean and tidy and comfortable, the environment is beautiful, the service attitude is warm and thoughtful, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep is comfortable. I will visit again next time."
"It's very convenient to go shopping at fashion outlets on Boxing Day. Good service, breakfast included, relatively simple. But the room seems to have been renovated not long ago. The bed is very comfortable, but the heater is a bit noisy."

Great
GGuest UserI felt that it was managed by someone who really knows how to manage a hotel.
The sight of a separate tourism information consulting booth, cleanliness, detailed facilities, and even the smallest details,
and the service spirit to resolve customer inconvenience stood out.
It was really good.
One thing I regret is that the refund of the compensation deposit for damage to the facility was a bit late.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. Turn right then right again when you exit, and you can walk straight to the waterfall park in about ten minutes, with restaurants all along the way. The room is also spacious enough and comes with a coffee machine. The only downside is the parking fee, which is a bit expensive at $20 a day.
BBipin kandelThe staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families visiting the area.
MMike KaungI had a very bad experience with Suzanne, one of the receptionists on the checkout morning. She did not have professional manners and was not willing to give any information when asked about the deposits I made. I was surprised to witness her abrupt communication skills which are rare in hospitable sectors. I think the staff working at receptions are an image of the hotels and Suzanne’s behaviour and manners compromised the Seneca Hotel and Resort’s reputation.
The reason I write this review is to improve the staff performance and I do not have any intention to damage the particular staff’s career.
Many Thanks.
GGuest UserThe hotel price is very average, sorry for the quality. However, the facilities and scenery here in the United States are very poor. There is no need to come here specifically to see the waterfall. It is best to apply for a Canadian visa. The advantage of the hotel is that it has an indoor parking lot for 10 US dollars a night. It is only five minutes away from the waterfall and border control. minutes walking distance
JJeremyLoh1997It’s an old hotel so a lot of the interior feels old. Service from the reception is good. They even taught you on how to get around the Falls. Hotel doesn’t provide bottled water and slippers. Other than that beds are comfortable and room was big.
GGuest UserWe tried to check in a little early, no problem being told, ”rooms not ready yet.” Told to come back in one hour. We did and was told rooms still not ready, come back in another hour. We did and was told only ONE of our TWO rooms were ready, the other wasn't clean yet. We were given the key to the one room and decided to stay there until the other was finished and ready for us. It was a very wet and cold day outside. We needed the heater turned on to make the room comfortable. Smoke immediately started coming from the unit. I went to front desk to advise them of the issue hoping we could get better accommodations. The front desk attendant, Mark, was extremely helpful. He came up to inspect the unit and immediately unplugged it.
Then he decided to check the other room were to be staying in and IT WAS CLEAN. He was just not told it was cleaned. The staff cleaning the rooms were at the end of the hall standing around barely making an effort.
Long story short, the facility was in a great location, Mark, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the Comfort Inn was lacking.
GGuest UserGreat location - right at the entrance to national park, right next to Marriott. Rooms were also quite spacious and clean as well. Frankly, I wasn’t expecting it to be good, considering few extreme reviews online, but on the contrary, staff was super polite and friendly.
We reached early, so early checkin was not possible, but we got complementary breakfast.
We booked king bed room, it was quite spacious.
Overall, great place, especially considering the price, which is a fraction of next door mariott.
AAnonymous UserThe location is great—a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Falls National Park! Breakfast is included (though I wouldn't recommend it, as it's quite basic). The ambiance isn't great either. I didn't get a good look—I left immediately after seeing Indians occupying the space. The hotel is old, but functional. The front desk was polite. There are plenty of restaurants near the entrance, but it feels like Little India. There are two or three Starbucks nearby. The parking lot is small—$19.99 per car per day! You can pick up and drop off luggage at the hotel entrance, but there's only space for two cars.
GGuest UserLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!
