"The most beautiful thing was breakfast. We compared with other hotels which are we stayed before. They had just cereals. In this hotel there were boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, cream cheese, cereal...
Location was really far from airport because we dont have any car. If you have car, it is ok.
Last thing is cleaning. I disappointed because of this view. Sheets and pillows were really dirty."
"My stay at the best western was a pretty nice experience. The complementary breakfast was good and had a pretty wide variety of choices. The staff was pretty nice as well."
"The place was decent, loved our room besides the bugs we found… the front lady was really rude our whole stay. And the heated pool was not heated. Other than that our stay was good."
"The hotel is very distinctive. It has the kind of slope up and down, and the rooms are very similar to apartments, they are all short houses! The view is great! Very suitable for family living!"
"I think it is equivalent to Holiday Inn Express + in China, and certainly not as good as Courtyard by Marriott in China. The rooms and bathrooms of this Courtyard are big and new, and the hygiene is very good. What I am not used to is that they do not provide disposable slippers (toothbrush and toothpaste need to be asked for), but there are ironing boards, irons, and hair dryers. The room hygiene is indeed not cleaned every day, and I asked the room service for clean towels on the second night. In addition, the hotel is next to the highway, so it is best not to arrange a room facing the highway, but it is indeed very convenient to get on the highway. It is also good not to have to pay for parking, saving money!"
"Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is old and run down but still charging over $200 /night. Without breakfast! Hole in curtain, stained dirty rug, chipped furniture, broken refrigerator, needed to ask for towels & coffee in room since there was not daily service. Will not return."
"The hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself."
"The customer service team and Jane were fabulous. She is really an Angel. A beautiful soul. She is fantastic and right on point with everything we needed. I have never met a harder one worker. I hope she gets a raise soon ❤️. Such a blessing to our family while we were 3000 miles away from home to see our dad in hospital. "
"The room is ok, but the elevator is smelly, and the air conditioner is not turned on in the elevator, it is very hot. The room is a suite with a balcony. It is not good that there is no water in the room. There is no meal, and the pitfall of Hilton is that the WiFi needs to be paid separately"
"$5 a day for parking, which is a bit limited but not too much of a bother. $75 per pet per stay, $100 deposit refunded after stay. room was clean, quiet, amazing for extended or short term stays."

Amazing
MMAI2026Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again.
Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away.
Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable.
Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead.
Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that.
Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge.
Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item.
Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.
MMinhuaGreat stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!
TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and the service exceeded expectations. The environment was quiet and comfortable, though facilities could be improved. Great location for a solo traveler. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would consider staying here again in the future.
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean, food reasonably priced, great location to the airport with the sky train right there and regular shuttles every 30minutes, 24 hours. Super convenient and the Reception Team were friendly and helpful. I’d stay again
GGuest UserVery interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.
AAiqijunThe environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.
GGuest UserIt was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me.
Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient.
I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix.
